I have shopped budget vapors for over ten years. Never again!! The last 2 orders took forever (over a month) from order to shipping and NO ONE was there to make contact with. I went to ecig juice connect. Almost half the price and a better selection.
They take the money fast, but they have no customer service what so ever! Find somewhere else to buy from, it has been over 1 week and no shipping up date. They never answer messages , but they took the money right away. It maybe a web scam,
It is been 26 days since I made my order (12/22/2025), the status is still on "Procesing" so no tracking number. I have sent messages every day and got no response. I have been ordering from this site since 2020, and I haven't had any issues up untill now. I am starting to believe that they went out of business.
Placed an order Dec 27. Still says processing. Sent multiple messages through their website and still nothing. Requested a refund, still nothing. DO NOT BUY from them!!!!
Total ass of a company terrible customer service i also dont think companys should be allowed to charge shipping unless the items require to pay postage i ordered 2 small drip tips for my vape i have yet to reviece any update about to order and it says it takes 2 to 5 business days to process and it has been over that time i have such an easy order yet the company has yet to do anything ive sent mulitple emails and not a single response
They took 3 flipping weeks to ship my order. They only had 1 of my 3 items I requested, and sent a piece of paper saying ill receive a refund for the products I didnt receive. No refund as of yet. Never responds to email nor their contact options on their website.Update 2/12/26They refunded me after 2 months. Last order I put in they completely refunded it. Their website doesnt say how many they have in inventory so its a huge gamble and a normally slow shipping time. On top of slow refunds typically.
Please do not place an order with them. This website/company is no longer operating. I placed an order on Nov 26th, 2025. So 31 days ago. It still just says "Processing." Again, do not order from this website. No longer in operation.
It's a shame that I can't rate Budget Vapors as a 0-star. It has been weeks since I placed my order, and it is still "processing". My email to the company was ignored.I disputed the charge with my credit card company and got a full refund.SCAM!If you are looking for a good online vape shop, try ECigMafia.
Do not try to buy from this website. They never ship the order and never respond to any emails. They just take your money and then ignore you. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund from my credit card company.
Worst online company EVER… they take forever to ship your order, and when they eventually do, products are missing from the order. No customer service, they do not respond to messages. Look elsewhere. Do not buy from this company EVER

Bogus site. They don't answer you. The address is a ups store. Been weeks and still no order received. Money die'n the toilet.
