We’ve had such a wonderful experience with BCI. Our son has been seeing a counselor there for almost 2 years now. They are very caring and compassionate people. We are very grateful to have found them and would recommend them very highly.
I have been struggling to find a good fit for my son, and I think I've found it. It is so hard to find the right person and company. From the moment I first emailed BCI, I felt welcomed and wanted before I even signed up. It's been a very pleasurable experience so far and I can't wait to see how they are able to help my son.
BCI is an excellent group of caring and respectful counselors and staff. I highly recommend them to anyone considering Christian therapy.

BCI was super responsive and user friendly right from the start of setting up an appointment online. A friend of mine recommended Heather to me, and it couldn't have been a better match. She is so welcoming and attentive, I felt safe, heard, encouraged, and optimistic that she can help me meet my counseling goals. The front desk staff was super helpful too, and made me a priority over a phone call as soon as I walked up the stairs. There wasn't a wait at all. I'm very excited to continue my sessions, and am looking forward to seeing God move in my life through Christian Counseling.

From the moment my phone connected & I heard the message, I knew this place was different. And when I spoke with Kirsten, it got even better. She was very helpful & caring & made sure she explained everything & offered to answer any further questions. Most people are at least somewhat apprehensive to reach out for help & need people to be nice to them. Both the message & Kirsten conveyed a sincere concern & a welcoming warmth you can truly feel … even through the phone. I also LOVE my therapist, Nancy!! It is obvious she is called to minister to God’s people through therapy. I know I truly matter to her, & that provides the comfort & trust to truly learn & change & grow with her help. We talked about our goals for my therapy, & she let me know it wouldn’t always be easy, but she would always be there, along with the Holy Spirit, to see me through the tough stuff. I am learning I can truly change for the better, & Nancy has been instrumental in the confidence I have. She is truly the real deal, & I love her!!

I was expecting my session to be more of an intake appointment, than an actual session. Man oh man, was I wrong! Dreq got straight into it. He didn’t cut corners by babying me nor did he make me feel crazy. I’ve gone to therapy before and have never received homework and none of the therapist have used a whiteboard to explain what I’m experiencing. I’m so optimistic about my future. I seriously look forward to where I’ll be in a month, 6months, and a year.
Alex is absolutely the best, she works with my 14 year old and he feels amazing after their talk. She’s great with teens and has an understanding of them. We go once a month, but I would love if he could go once a week. Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️
Great counselor
My initial conversation with Karen was phenomenal. She spent a lengthy amount of time consulting and evaluating my situation with patience, kindness and compassion. Karen offers a level headed, honest and inquisitive approach in her evaluations, remaining subjective while giving others the benefit of the doubt; These attributes ONLY come through the Grace of God and years of experience. For the first time, I am feeling hopeful that I've finally found a super duper qualified therapist for the very murky and complicated situation that my family is dealing with. SJ
Karen was my counselor a few years ago and she was amazing. I reached out to her recently to see if I could come back for a few sessions and it meant a lot to me when she immediately remembered me and said she was looking forward to seeing me again.
