Bait and Switch
We originally had a great experience with the company. This time, not so much. They came out to do the job and didn't have the proper equipment even though we had someone come on site to provide a quote. We then got 3 different iterations of a quote and finally on the second attempt they came in to move a light fixture and to install the light. They did good work and the technicians were great, however the technicians charged me one amount to only get a follow up from the office stating that it was more money than the technicians charged me. To me, this is a complete bait and switch. I would not trust any quote you get from the company because they are liable to just change the amount from what the technicians charge you after the service was completed. I will not ever do business with them again!

I drilled into AC wiring
I accidently drilled into the wiring of my AC compressor and it was a hot Saturday evening, I called Brandon Electric as they helped me in the past at a previous house I owned, Keiv came out to help me in my desperate need of AC and he worked for over 2 1/2 hours pounding out room for an electrical box to be set in the concrete section of where the wiring box would have to be mounted. Needless to say he worked his butt off to get the job done! I have a service contract with Service America, they couldn't make it till the next day and Brandon Electric came out that evening and got the job done for a lot less than I expected. Thank you and thank you Keiv for your hard work!
