We like the storage shed and we were…
We like the storage shed and we were able to assemble it in a single day. It would help if the English plans were more detailed. Without the larger and more detailed Japanese plans and the video we would have had some issues. The English plans only printed on one page and we couldn’t enlarge them for printing.

Best Customer Service
David helped us with our barrage of questions and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We had called other places for quotes and even if we were able to get a better price we still would have chosen Bon just from the simple fact that they are so informative and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. No AI here! 😊 And very happy with our pergola.

Ordered over the phone from Ohio. Receptive informative staff. Answered any and all questions and gave accurate and complete delivery information.Pergola arrived on time just as described and was in great condition. Our landscape crew completed installation in two days and it's absolutely beautiful and adds value and shade to our small patio home.

Bon Pergola's CS is the best
Bon Pergola's CS is the best. As a contractor that is imperative with us to work with a company that stands behind thier product. We had a product issue and after trouble shooting, they sent us the new part which fixed the issue. The Pergola is well made and worth the investment.

Yodoko shed
The Yodoko shed is relatively easy to install. There was not sufficient amount of the shelf clips provided. I had 4 shelves and 4 shelf rails in the package, however, I was able to install only 2 shelves with the provided shelf clips. The company, Bon Pergolar was very responsive to my request and sent me additional shelf clips for free. Great company and very good product/shed

The customer service is amazing
The customer service is amazing. When you call, you speak to a human. I completed a large complex project and the team at Bon was great from start to finish (and after). They helped with design, delivery, installation and post-installation questions. I cannot say enough about the customer service. 10/10.

After extensive research, we chose Bon!!!
We purchased a Bon Pergola after searching both locally and on the web for all the options to cover our 15’ x 24’ back patio. The rear of the house faces south here in North Carolina so we have full sun ALL day, all year. Aside from wanting some shade to enjoy our back yard (overlooking the 18th hole on our golf course), we wanted to reduce the solar gain in the south facing room.The Villa Pergola 2.0 (19 x 13 freestanding) fit the bill perfectly both in size and with a surprisingly low cost compared to other quotes we got. After obtaining all the permits from the HOA and the County, we ordered it with extended 9’ posts in white. It came surprisingly fast from California to North Carolina and was delivered professionally to our home with care.My son and I built and installed the pergola in under 6 hours. We did need a 3rd helper to raise the 19’ beams and my wife unpacked all the parts while we worked…so I guess it would be 4 people if I’m being honest. The pergola was manufactured incredibly precise, the instructions were impeccably accurate and easy to understand, all the parts fit perfectly and the finish did not scratch or get damaged at all during assembly. My wife and I were very impressed with how carefully everything was packed and the quality of the pergola. Once completed and installed I was able to then construct the barbecue island I planned to encompass one corner. We love and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bon Pergola for anyone considering a purchase like this.

Great customer service
Great customer service. We had issues with one of the shades not being the correct size due to some manufacturing issues. After FaceTiming with customer service we received a new one that fit perfectly. Great quality pergola and looks beautiful.
