If there were six stars I would give it. I met Carlo and corresponded about a back tattoo. Carlo put his heart in it and send me draft that blew me away. I experienced as professional and concerned with safety and hygiene. During the eight hour session Carlo was patient and attentive to my needs, even gave me candy when I was aching. Highly recommendable.
