Took my money for a month, no delivery
I ordered from BigChopHair on the 2nd of May 2021. I did not receive my order. I contacted them many times including to ask when the item would be shipped. No reply. After a couple of weeks, I received an automated "You're order has been shipped email". I contacted the company for the tracking number once, twice, three times. No reply.Then I posted on the Style and Beauty Doctors Youtube page (as she promotes their products sometimes) to say I'm concerned about the customer service. Out of the blue on the very same day I received a refund. No explanation of why they sat on my money 1 whole month. No explanation why they had sent me an item shipped email, but my item hadn't been shipped? No contact at all to say what had happened after 1 month of waiting for the order. I'm disappointed and don't recommend them.
