Got my order but not the service or response.
I'm giving them a 2. I had ordered stickers and they came in less than 2 weeks and was perfectly what I ordered. At the same time as the order I also singed up for the membership and it worked but would not let me make a password. The website let me back in several times without signing in but then my cache cleared and not able to login. I was also not able to make a new password. I tried for two and half weeks to contact them and nothing. I then emailed paypal and was immediately refunded through paypal. Its a shame I really liked making my own labels to print and would pay to use this service. Obviously they got my order, but why are they not responding.
