Careless with Order
Messed up my order, despite bringing to their attention 4 TIMES that something wasn't right (I never received a proof for part of my order). They assured me everything was in order 4 TIMES, but no, it wasn't and I received part of my order weeks after the event took place. Product was nice by came in boxes branded with Baudville in huge letters. Detracted from the elegance of the award & the experience.

Updating - Baudville has gone WAY above and beyond to fix my issues. I cannot stress enough how wonderful Tedrick has been to work with, and how much his passion for his company, job, and customers shines through. To have someone who can turn me from a one-star to a five-star review is noting short of miraculous! Original: This is the second year in a row that Baudville has jeopardized our company’s awards ceremony due to poor communication, inaccurate information, and unresolved backorder issues. Unfortunately, this experience has moved us from what could have been a four- or five-star vendor to one we will never use again.I placed an online order on January 14 for two different types of awards. At the time of ordering and approving proofs online, there was no indication that any of the items were backordered. On January 21, I called customer service to check the status and was told the awards were in production and on track to ship that week.During that call, I asked whether one set of awards could be updated because I realized a name was incorrect. I fully acknowledged that I had approved the proof and accepted responsibility for the error. However, I simply asked whether production had started and if there was any flexibility. The representative became aggressive and rude, repeatedly stating that this was “my fault,” and told me one award had already been engraved and the rest could not be changed.On January 28, I contacted customer service again and was told something completely different. A second representative confirmed that the awards I was told had already been engraved had not actually been engraved until this week and could have been corrected. I was also informed—for the first time—that the remaining 16 awards were on backorder until the end of February, information that directly contradicts what I was told the week prior.I also learned that Baudville does not ship partial orders placed online—orders are held until all items are in stock. This is not clearly disclosed during the ordering process and is critical information when planning time-sensitive events. Additionally, I was told they were unsure whether part of the order could be canceled, even though the items will now arrive too late for our ceremony.This is now the second consecutive year we have ordered from Baudville and only discovered backorder issues after proactively calling to check on our order. There is virtually no proactive communication unless you download a tracking app, which did not work for me since my order was placed with a work email.Between the misinformation, lack of transparency, inability to provide clear answers, and the unacceptable tone from the first customer service representative, this experience reflects poorly on the company as a whole. Regardless of product quality, the operational and customer service failures make Baudville an unreliable partner for professional or time-sensitive events.We will not be using Baudville again.

I really wanted this to be a great experience, but unfortunately it turned into a very stressful and disappointing one.I placed my order on Friday before 3:00 PM Pacific and paid for 2-day air shipping so my awards would arrive by Thursday for a Friday morning ceremony. Starting Monday, I tried repeatedly to get updates. I filled out the contact form, called, and spoke to multiple people—each giving me a different story. One person said my item was out of stock, another said it was in stock but “stuck in the system.” Promises of call-backs and emails were made, but nothing ever came.It wasn’t until my third call and second email—late Wednesday—that someone finally gave me real answers. That representative was kind, apologized, and even offered free overnight shipping, telling me I would still get my awards in time.Then later that same afternoon, I received another email saying my order would not ship after all because they had too many orders come in that day. I immediately asked for priority shipping so I could at least get it as early as possible on Friday and try to make my ceremony. I never got a response.My awards arrived around 1:30 PM—after my ceremony was already over. The people who were supposed to be honored didn’t receive their awards that day, which was heartbreaking and embarrassing.I do appreciate the third representative who finally helped and was honest with me. But overall, this experience was full of system errors, conflicting information, lack of follow-up, and broken promises. I did everything I could—starting days in advance—and this still fell apart because of issues on their end, not mine.For something as meaningful as an awards ceremony, reliability matters. Sadly, that’s what was missing here.

Bad on updating on the status of orders
1. We placed an order in November for Staff Christmas gifts. The website said "quick shipping". After the order was placed, the message states "we will contact you when your order has shipped".2. A few weeks later with no word from Baudville regarding our order, I contacted Customer Service. They said that the item we ordered was discontinued. We were not notified because "the computer has some of the items in stock, so it thinks that we can eventually still fulfill the order".???3. The order was cancelled. I placed another order, the items were definitely in stock and we would receive the items by a specific date.4. On the date given, I called again to see when we would receive our items. I was told that they would hopefully ship over the weekend. Since no guarantees were given and we needed the items to hand out asap, we had to cancel our order. When I called back to cancel the order, I was told "well, it looks like the items are out of stock anyway".

Failure to Deliver on Shipping Deadlines
We've been using this company for years for awards and normally have no issues. This year however we placed an order for our awards a month in advance and did not receive them on time. Additionally, we were not provided with status updates that anything was delayed until I had to reach out to request updates. Just a truly disappointing experience that has made our organization decide to pursue other companies for future years.

Awesome Service and products...
Not only are the Crystal Line products beautiful but the production, artwork, and customer services teams are fantastic. We had a less than two week window, to include the Thanksgiving holiday, to get a custom engraved trophy in-hand and they made it happen. CS team was on point during all my calls, and they promised a delivery no less than the day before I needed the trophy and they had it to me 48-hours before. We are more than grateful and applaud your effort. We will be ordering often.

Ordered 6 trophies and 11/2/2025, submitted all design details. I was informed at the time of checkout that i would received a call regarding, one of the designs, to no avail. I received an email on 11/3/2025, stating that no designed work was submitted, I submitted the designed on 11/5/2025, received an email stating that they needed my card information after I already checkout online and received a conformation email. I asked why and they never responded. I then received call to see why my account has been charged because I never heard anything from them and they tell me that my order is expected to be delivered today (11/17/2025) past the day that I needed and I then when I reach out for a refund they are not trying to provide and telling me that cannot provide me with a confirmation.

Good items, with decent prices (unless you pay $50 for "rush" shipping, which really isn't a rush)...but very poor communication, which led to a late 30 year award. Probably wouldn't use them again.

you made a diffierence coins
the coin I received years ago was metal not plastic. i kept it in my coin purse with me for years cause it was a real pick me up when i needed it. I ordered these to had hand to our disabled veteran women through out our state and im worried they may think them cheap and not value it as i did.
