I had credits on my AutoDS balance that I couldn’t withdraw, which is incredibly frustrating. Their products are overpriced, there’s zero flexibility in their plans, and customer support is painfully slow. Overall, the value just isn’t there – it feels like a setup to take as much money from you as possible without providing real benefits. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable dropshipping tool.
They stole my money they charge more than the website and when an order is cancelled they just keep the money. And when you want your money back they have to 'check'. Don't use this app go to CJdropshipping or order by yourself!!

I signed up for AutoDS during a Shopify-related training, under the understanding that the promotional setup applied to the ecosystem I was joining.My account was placed on a 3-day trial. On February 6th, I was charged $36.80 for:• $26.90 – Import 200 plan• $9.90 – Orders Processor Add-onImportant facts:– I never connected a store– I never imported products– I never processed orders– I never configured automation– The account had zero activity– This was the first billing cycleI contacted support as soon as I noticed the charge (within the same billing month). The refund was denied based strictly on their 24-hour refund policy.Additionally:– The Orders Processor add-on was charged despite never being used.– The website advertises a 14-day $1 trial, while my account was placed on a 3-day trial.– No goodwill exception was considered despite zero usage.To be clear: the charge may align with their Terms of Service. However, the complete lack of flexibility — even when no service was used — makes the billing approach feel rigid and customer-unfriendly.Based on this experience, I personally would not recommend this service. There are many alternative platforms in the market with more reasonable trial structures and customer support policies.Future customers should:• Double-check trial length• Review auto-included add-ons carefully• Be aware of the 24-hour refund window• Cancel immediately if unsureMake sure you fully understand what you are agreeing to before the trial ends.

I cancelled my plan on shopify that had autods connected and it just billed me 13€ for nothin. PLease refund.

Please don’t waste your time and money on this. I’ve spent more time dealing with their so-called support “bots” than anything else. Constant server issues along with how you can fix their bugs “screenshots”. They talk about scaling your business. If you want a business that makes you no money and gives you nothing but headaches scale with this scam!
I love the fast customer service as a seller on AutoDS. My experience has been first-class with them. I am sure things will just get better, since this newbie is getting better at dropshipping. I love it!

I signed up for a $0.99 trial and was automatically charged $608.70 for an annual plan two weeks later.In my experience, the $608.70 annual billing term was not presented in a clear and conspicuous manner prior to payment. The checkout page emphasized the $0.99 trial, while the annual charge appeared in minimized grey text and was not prominently disclosed next to the payment authorization. There was no clear affirmative acknowledgment specifically highlighting a $608.70 recurring annual charge.The trial reminder email also failed to disclose the actual billing amount — it displayed a dollar sign without listing the charge. I received no invoice, receipt, or billing confirmation. I only discovered the $608.70 charge after reviewing my bank account.Additionally, the platform requires connection to an active Amazon Seller account in order to function. I was unable to complete Amazon onboarding, meaning no store was connected, no products were imported, no automation was activated, and no functional service was delivered or used.When I contacted support promptly, the refund was denied solely based on internal policy timing.Prospective customers should carefully review the automatic renewal terms and understand that the annual charge processes immediately after the trial period ends.

I absolutely do not recommend this. Stay away from them. Lately (the same problems have been going on for 6 months), it has really driven me crazy. I do dropshipping and this software simply doesn't work. 1- I put products in draft mode and it never uploads them to my store. 2- Products I upload to my store via supplier links, which should automatically process orders when they come in, are shown as "unmonitored products" by the software and no automatic orders are placed. Additionally, I can't find the supplier's link or the product itself, forcing me to spend hours searching for it again. Yet, I already uploaded that product via my supplier link. 3- Products I upload via supplier links appear as "unmonitored products" all at once after a day or two, and I have to spend hours searching for the link again. The customer support team via email doesn't bother to solve any problems. The funniest part is they ask me for the supplier link, even though I already uploaded the product to my store using that link. They don't offer any solutions for their own software problems; they expect you to do everything yourself, including their work. They only respond to your email after 12-16 hours, and you spend days trying to explain the problem to them because the support team they call "support" has absolutely no knowledge of the software. No problems are solved. 4- Products that are out of stock at the supplier still appear as in stock in my store, forcing me to cancel orders when customers place them. 5- I click the store product upload button, and it shows 0/0 products uploaded successfully, but nothing is actually uploaded; the upload button doesn't work at all. This problem exists seven days a week. There are thousands of problems like this, but most importantly, I would never, ever recommend AutoDS. They absolutely do not solve any of my problems; on the contrary, they create more problems for you and negatively impact the health of your store.UPDATE: The answer they gave here is completely copy-pasted. Absolutely do not believe this company, do not trust them. They have caused me serious harm. If I could post photos, I would show you all the evidence I've described. At least 100 people I know are having problems with this company, AutoDS, in the same way. Do not believe or trust them under any circumstances.
Amazing customer service!!! I had a issue between changing emails, when I found I was not able to log in. AutoDS event above and beyond and everything was resolved in no time! The tool works perfect! Thank you Auto DS
