We had an incredible experience with ACS. From the beginning, each email communication to us and to the adjusters were clear and concise, with thorough follow up along the way. My husband and I felt 100% confident in the entire process and would recommend anyone to use ACS if they find themselves in a scenario where insurance, even their own company, isn't doing right by them.
Loved working with them. They were fair. Insurance company tried to drag it out and they were very dilligent in getting it resolved. I did have to call a few extra times and give some nudges but all worked out in the end and they were able to get me more than I thought originally for my vehicle after the appraisal was contested and the new neutral third party redid the appraisal.
I had never even heard of this service until the auto body repairing my car following an accident told me about it. I contacted Auto Claim Specialists and they explained the entire process and kept me apprised as they moved forward with the finished value claim against the other party’s insurer. It was a relatively easy process and I’m glad I was made aware of this type of service and chose Auto Claims Specialists to manage my case. Great job and I would 100% recommend them in the future.
The ability to take the situation with dealing with insurance companies and make it so much better process. You all took great care and were very diligent in trying to get the appropriate money that we should have gotten in the first place. Instead the insurance company tried to make it easier on them while putting us in a financial bind. The insurance companies use third party accident adjusters. These adjusters are lazy and rely on KBB or Edmonds to evaluate your vehicles worth. They do not use dealerships or online seller information to evaluate your vehicle. Because these adjusters are so lazy the insurance companies under value your vehicle and expect you to accept their offer. DONT DO IT until you contact Auto Claim Specialists. They will tell you if the insurance company's offer is correct. If it is not, you can use ACS to help you get what you deserve for your vehicle. ACS has the best outcome for your auto claim. Try them out for peace of mind. You will thank me later.
Auto Claim Specialists came through for me in a very BIG way! They were able to get 8 thousand more than what Allstate claimed my vehicle was worth. (Allstate is evil btw--deal with them at your own peril!) I wholeheartedly recommend this firm in the event you need representation for your insurance claim/needs.

Honesty from the very beginning. They took over from day one and handled EVERYTHING. Such a relief and much needed. I was so exhausted arguing with the insurance company about obvious common sense topics. I never had to deal with them again. They were able to get my vehicle valued at least $6000 dollars higher than the insurance hallucinated it to actually cost. I would hire them anytime. Easy to reach, always polite and professional, extremely fair priced. Worth every penny and honestly they absolutely deserve it.

Auto Claim Specialists came through in a BIG WAY and got the full quoted repair amount for my Santa Fe!! I was extremely stressed after Progressive only offered to pay $2,460.24 for repairs that cost $15,913.77 and didn't know what to do until my mechanic recommended I contact Auto Claim Specialists.
