So far my experience with Atlas has been better than expected. Easy to understand and the app is very self explanatory and simple to navigate.

Atlas isn't pushy at all , I like the fact that when you add funds you get extra perks . The app is also easy to navigate very user friendly as well

Unable to complete application due to unresolved technical issue — no real support provided
I attempted to link my bank accounts through Plaid to complete my Atlas credit card application. Both accounts are fully supported by Plaid and actively connected to other financial services, via Plaid, without any issue.Despite multiple support interactions, every response was a copy-paste of the same generic troubleshooting steps I had already followed. When I escalated and asked agents to review my prior tickets, the answer was still "try again later." No one actually investigated the root cause or offered a meaningful resolution.The support experience was repetitive, dismissive, and a significant waste of time. I ultimately requested my account be closed. If this is the level of support before even becoming a customer, I have no confidence in how issues would be handled afterward.

What a bunch of thieves!!I was considering getting one of their cards and while I was going through their application process I found that they were going to charge me $8.99 per month to have a card that only gives you $10 in credit unless you do your direct deposit with them. Of course I didn’t want that and immediately texted them to cancel. So far I have received emails and texts saying that they won’t cancel and that they are still going to attempt to charge me monthly. These are a pack of spineless dogs trying to steal scraps from others. Run as fast as you can from this financial toilet.

I can see why they have a b rating with…
I can see why they have a b rating with the better Business bureau it's because they're dishonest with their customers they drop my credit amount for no reason I called to complain they reestablished the higher amount every payment was made on time and then out of the blue they drop it again and this time they tell me they can't do it manually however they did it manually several months ago so obviously I'm not impressed and would not want to do business with a company that lies to its customers

This is a great way to have credit! I did change to the yearly membership as it saves you some money and is like getting two month's free.I am 62 and not sure about this I wanted to try it to help my credit which I am working on and this will be a saving grace to help me.I had the credit tank a bit with health issues and work changes. Now I am back on track to rebuild my life, happiness and credit which will help me in so many ways!We all need second chances and this will help you too!Mary HPennsylavnia

So far so good
So far so good, it was a little confusing at first but customer service was very kind and patient and explained how everything worked to me very clearly and slowly. They made sure I understood how everything worked and how to use this account the best way for me. The only thing I don't like is that it keeps disconnecting my bank Account for some reason and then I have to go thru the process of reconnecting it again and again. I don't like this for many reasons, obviously it's annoying and inconvenient but I'm worried about the reason why this would keep happening. What security issue (if any, or what IS the issue) is there that my bank account keeps kicking Atlas' connection off of it? Could be nothing, could be something... But there's my review so far.
