Well, the delivery company told me that’s gonna deliver it on the sixth. They sent me a text on the fifth saying it was not there so they could not deliver it and then they turn around said it finally got there on the sixth that morning and the nearest date they could deliver it would be on the 11th so they turn around told me when I told him it would be around 10 to 11 o’clock in the morning and then they turn around when I call back they said by 5 o’clock today well it’s 5 o’clock now and still nobody has delivered that chair and nobody will answer the phone at the delivery company either. Would you please contact me and let me know what’s going on phone number 931-2227669 thank you.

I have purchased many of these chairs for our suites. They are generally very good for the price point. The bowl is comfortable, and well liked. The only improvement would be for the seat arms to be more secure and tighter. They get wobbly after extended use.

First of all, it was awful putting it together… And a lot of waste of space, the top and the bottom could be more usable space instead of wasted space. Drawers should be different depth to accommodate for a salon use. Very disappointed.

More Muscles Needed!We are enjoying our Massage Chair, so many features. The delivery was a bit unexpected; more muscles was needed. My son was the only person home when the massage chair was delivered. My son signed for the chair. The Delivery Driver left the chair on a pallet in our driveway; he did not help my son to get the 150 pound chair into our house...my son found a dolly. My husband had been in the hospital at the time. If my husband was home, he would have given the Driver a tip to help assist him.

DON’T ORDER, SOMETHING WILL BE WRONG GARUNTEED
Ordered 1750$ worth of stuff. 3 chairs and a 2 pack of mats. 2 of my chairs had damage to the paint and base plate cover(rubber circle that goes around the base plate was ripped). For the mats?… (I only received 1 of them) completely separate without them letting me know or telling me a single thing, and somebody tried to steal my mat off my business’s front porch as I left it unattended. Obviously not knowing when it would show up due to company fault. I had to run around and ask other businesses around and luckily they spotted my package.Do not trust this company, they will use Ai to do all customer service and you will not speak to a real human. As I said before, they had a deal for a 2 pack of Mats(I only received one) which I am very upset about considering the option to order clearly states it’s a 2 pack for 110$. If you’re a business owner looking to start a barber shop or salon, spend the money. It’s not worth it to deal with companies like this, who only want to get over on us. Extremely disappointed. They will plaster their 5 star reviews all over the site when in reality they are a 3 star business for a reason. Be extremely careful and diligent when working with this company if you do decide to do so.

It's a nice ride!
The massage is really good, but I wish that the function buttons on the control panel were back lit. They are herd to see without a direct light hitting them.

I received the wrong chair
I received the wrong chair, and their ads says that we can try the massage chair for 365 days but now the company doesn't want to change the massage chair even though I explain that what I was expecting was the color that matches my living room furniture. This is unacceptable 😡
