Products Die & Customer Service Won’t Help
Purchased multiple aromatru diffusers and 3 of them died (all at the same time and all the same model). Contacted customer service who were extremely unhelpful. These diffusers were expensive (appx $200 each at time of purchase totaling near $600) and for not 1, not 2, but 3(!) to completely die then customer service not offer help to rectify the situation has left me extremely frustrated. They advertise “ the best customer experience possible throughout the lifetime of your product. Even after your warranty has ended” yet do not provide that. My experience was they took my money, sold me poor quality products that died after the warranty lapsed then offered no help. I share this to warn others and do not recommend aromatru products.
