I purchased a jeep which showed up with…
I purchased a jeep which showed up with paint issues and ever since it has been a terrible experience! I asked for a bit of compensation as it would be expensive to do a return. Needless to say they did a claim with ROUTE shipping protection WHICH I PAID FOR and it was approved and ROUTE PAID FOR A NEW ONE. They will NOT send me my replacement until I send the one I have back. However they did not take responsibility for the issue they blamed shipping and used my ROUTE protection I paid for.They have now been paid in full for 2 jeeps and want this one back to resell!!! I would have no problem sending the old one back if it was them who had taken responsibility and helped me out but they didn’t. They blamed shipping and this is not ethical practice.As it sits for a 3k jeep, they have now been paid in full for 2 jeeps 6k and I still have my paint damaged one.

Trustworthy and honest, dependable
Walked in to the location paid on a bike, went to the warehouse to pick it up. All in about 45 minutes.These guys are great! I was working so this was very convenient. It’s the second Hawk 250 DLX EFI that I’ve purchased since 2021 and I love the upgrades. These bikes are fun. Thank you Arlington Powersports. A lot of bang for the bucks. I recommend these guys wholeheartedly. Thanks again.

Great buying experience
We had a great buying experience at Arlington Power Sports! They were professional and helpful from the original call through delivery. They went through our four wheeler with a fine tooth comb to make sure it was exactly perfect before we loaded it. Raymond was our salesman and he has customer service figured out! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and has a can do attitude. My hat’s off to Arlington Power Sports, we will definitely be return customers.

I haven't received my bike yet but was pleased with the process
I haven't received my bike yet, but I'm super excited. I put it on layaway until next week and then I'll pay it off. Raymond way extremely helpful and the process went quickly. 2 men were there. With needing things and they seemed happy with their outcome. Which made me more comfortable buying a scooter. I have never owner one. Raymond was extremely knowledgeable and I'll ride around the store parking lot until I'm comfortable tsking it on the streets. Thank ypu guys

Great experience
I have had a great experience so far purchased a bike and was delivered in running condition runs very well had a few issues that I fixed. Manny was responsive on getting me ok with whatever components were damaged. I will definitely order from them again. Free delivery was awesome and responsive with tracking. Great company
