The 3 primary areas we visited were great. We especially enjoyed the National Parks and all their birds and animals.Your scheduling was excellent with one exception. At the lodge in Tortugero you had listed in the prepared itinerary that the boat tour was at 9 am. Unfortunately, the tour was actually at 7 am and we missed it. Luckily, our next day departure was late enough that we could take that tour on our last morning at that lodge. The plan was well thought out and the drivers were always on time and the guides were excellent. Fishing was also excellent. The three primary hotels we used were excellent and the rooms and amenities great. An overall impression was that everyone we met was friendly and did their best to make the trip enjoyable.We will certainly speak highly to our friends about your program

Remarkable service in our time of need
I’ve always planned international trips myself, so I’ll admit I was skeptical about using a travel agency (especially one I had never heard of!). I enjoy researching destinations and booking everything on my own, and I wasn’t sure what value an agency would really add. But when I found hotel availability through Anywhere.com that I couldn’t access on any of the major aggregator sites, I decided to give it a try, especially since we were traveling with four adults and five young children (not to mention it was the kids’ first time out of the country). It felt worth having someone else manage the logistics for a group that size.Even after booking, I still had some doubts in the back of my mind about the legitimacy of a company I wasn’t familiar with. I had never heard of Anywhere.com before so I did a lot of research beforehand — reading Reddit threads, Trustpilot, Facebook groups, and asking ChatGPT — and could really only find positive reviews, so I decided to trust the process.I’m so glad I did.Yahaira was our main planner, and she was thoughtful, patient, and incredibly communicative from the start. She offered multiple options, answered all of our (many) questions thoroughly, and helped us build an itinerary that felt customized to our family. Everything throughout the trip was organized seamlessly — transfers, hotels, timing — until something completely outside of their control happened: our Delta flight home (which we had booked ourselves) was canceled while we were at the airport trying to check our bags on a very busy Saturday afternoon.With nine of us stranded at the airport and EVERY nearby hotel fully booked for the night, we were scrambling to figure out what to do. I messaged the Anywhere team, and Gema stepped in immediately. While we initially booked an Airbnb ourselves in the chaos (stay tuned to find out if that was a good idea or not, lol), the situation quickly became uncomfortable when a group of questionable men arrived at the neighboring property late that night. It was the first time during our entire Costa Rica trip that we felt uneasy. Gema acted fast. She arranged last-minute transportation to get us out of there and into a different hotel farther away, and she organized our transportation back to the airport the next morning for our rebooked flights. The drivers were professional, kind, and reassuring (same as all the other drivers Anywhere had booked for us during our trip). Gema checked in frequently, texted early the next morning, and even followed up afterward to make sure we got home safely.Honestly, I don’t know what we would have done without her support.This experience completely changed my perspective on using a travel agency. When everything goes smoothly, you might not fully appreciate the value. But when things go sideways (and that can happen fast when traveling with a big group and young kids), having a responsive, proactive team *in the country* advocating for you makes all the difference.I would absolutely use Anywhere.com again and would highly recommend Yahaira and Gema to anyone planning a trip to Costa Rica.

Great organization and communication
I ended up with the opportunity to go to Costa Rica with my daughter at the last minute. Within one day, I had a full week of itinerary, including transfers, hotels, and activities. Everything went off without a hitch. I had to make a last-minute change when our flight was canceled and our arrival time and airport changed. I had an immediate confirmation of a new pick up at our new airport. Thank goodness we didn’t try to do this ourselves. The local connection was priceless.

I made a mistake and did not update the hostel I was staying at for pick up. I notified them 5 minutes before my pick up time and they were still able to accommodate me. They responded very quickly and made sure I was picked up. I was so stressed and they were incredibly helpful. I could not recommend them enough!! Truly great service

Vincente made this one of the best trips I’ve taken, and I travel a lot. He listened to what we were looking for and shared ideas for us to consider. His recommendations couldn’t have been more perfect. He was also easily reachable and responsive to our questions both before our trip and while on our trip. I found anywhere.com by accident and I loved their questions, so I went with it. After researching the reviews, I landed up booking with them (I did my due diligence and checked with a couple of hotels to make sure we had a reservation, and we did). Jessica and the team were amazing!! It was so nice to have everything planned for us and each hotel was exactly as described. Each driver was on time, had our names and drove safely. It was such a relief not to have to navigate the roads and GPS, which much of the time we had no cell service. When we decided to alter our plans, it was all done quickly and efficiently. The only thing I wished I had done differently was research each location to ensure they were places we wanted to go. Most of the locations were great but we would have changed on the amount of time we stayed at others (or not gone at all). I had assumed that the locations would have been "hidden gems" but talking to other travellers, we were all going to the same places, haha.

What terrible website!
What terrible website!! It will show you availability at the place you want to stay but it is not actually available. They let you confirm and give you a final price without actually booking it. They tell you that you can pay later because they don't actually have the rooms.....What a joke. I planned out entire tip around this availability and now I have to start over. Unprofessional!!Thank you for you response Zach! Unfortunately, your website is set up to look like an instant booking platform. It is very misleading and I’m sure that is on purpose to get people to call in and use your service. Very sketchy way to do things and it makes people slides more difficult. When you enter dates and look for availability and it gives you an exact price to the penny and ask you if you want to book it or reserve it at 100% gives the impression that the room is available when there is no way of knowing. Very shady way to drive people to call your company. No I did not try and book or reserve this unit, something did not look right so I called your customer service number, and the gentleman from Pakistan or India or wherever he was from told me that you cannot book online it’s only through the agents. So obviously I did not try and book online or try and confirm anything..
