They want to see you healthy and happy and they don’t just throw bandaids on your issues. They dig and keep digging until you have answers and a plan forward. Treva has changed my life and my health, she has been the biggest advocate for me with specialty providers and though my weight loss journey! She also has helped my kiddos too! Our family loves Amaze!!
We are a family of five with three kids currently in college. We have only been using Amaze since December 2025 and are already huge fans! From several cases of the flu to the kids needing prescription refills and dermatology needs etc. we usually send them to urgent care as their universities do not accept our insurance plan. However, now we have utilized Amaze and it has changed everything. We are no longer going to urgent care, but have established Amaze as our “primary care” Dr and they have streamlined the way we handle healthcare in our household. We have utilized the app via texting, we have also talked directly to customer care and no matter which way we contact Amaze we get access to a doctor within hours. We have been extremely satisfied with the quality of care and communication from the entire team at amaze. I can’t say enough how much we value this service!

Easily the best money we've ever spent. We used Amaze's services 3 times in our first 2 weeks onboard. We had an urgent care need (flu symptoms), mental health (psychiatrist & mental health services), and slipped disk issue - all handled promptly and professionally and with no additional costs! I am so impressed with the services provided by Amaze. I hope they shake up the healthcare industry with this service!!!

Craig and the entire Amaze team saved my fathers life
Craig and the entire amaze team is the best!!!! The other day I ran into a situation where I found my father in terrible shape and I didn’t know what to do. Craig was able to help me as a courtesy not once but twice save a life. Had my dad not went to the hospital he may have not gotten the treatment he needed. My father is currently still in the hospital and we found out he had fluid on his heart that may have killed him. My fiancé had sepsis while we were traveling in an airport and was immediately sent to a hospital and admitted for 5 days and had he not got in in time he could have had some serious issues. Sometimes people don’t take health serious or want to push it off. I’m here to tell you not only do they take care of me and help me find counselor’s for my kid when I need a referral or whatever the case may be there are there for you always!!!! 💗💗💗😊😊😊 thank you Amaze team!!!!!

Amaze is such an easy app to use
Amaze is such an easy app to use. I sent a message, got a quick response and was on a video call with a provider within 30 minutes, while sitting on my couch. The provider was very knowledgeable, friendly, and asked thorough questions. She sent in prescriptions to my pharmacy. It was extremely easy and so much better than sitting in an office waiting an hour to be seen. Absolutely recommend!
