I can’t say enough about the work I did with Amara. Her insight, wisdom, kindness, and attention to detail made this one of the most powerful experiences of my life. I learned so much, and also learned a ton about myself. I found freedom I hadn’t imagined to that point. So grateful for all of it. Can’t recommend enough!
With such a broad pool of knowledge and instructional toolkit, Amara provided a unique approach and perspective to digging into the deeper layers of attention and intention…a great resource for those that have begun the journey of putting in the work who seek someone willing and able to meet them not just with rhetoric, but proven tools and ancestral practices to bring you to your true higher awaiting self!

Amara's teaching is encouraging and empowering.She shows understanding and accepting of each persons experience until they come to a decision they are happy to make in their lives.She shares her own experience in a learning capacity which is so helpful. She shared a particular experience of healing and hearing it for me was a light bulb moment which brought me insight and healing. I joined the Deeply Bonded Love community roughly 1.5 years ago when my marriage was on the brink of divorce, my children were constantly fighting, and I was trudging through my days full of shame, regret, confusion, and lack of joy. I called Amara in tears, not sure what, if anything, she could do to help. In a short amount of time, I started seeing shifts and little glimmers of hope. In reflecting back now, I realize that there is intense joy in my life and with my family as a whole. My husband and I are able to parent together, not with perfection, but with mutual respect and compassion. I understand my recipe for success in creating intimacy with him. My children are playing independently together and with minimal fighting. I have cultivated a sense of self-love and confidence that I've never had in my 41 years of life. My mind easily shifts to a power question or positivity when I experience a wobble or hardship. Relationships with coworkers have blossomed and grown in a way I never thought possible. My life is far from perfect, and I am in love with where I am and where I know I will continue to grow. Thank you Amara for all that you do. My family cannot thank you enough!

The coaching class with Amara is phenomenal. It's a safe space to share experiences, challenges, and dreams. To be validated and coached in a way that makes you feel good, and to have belief in yourself. DBL has required me to really look at my life and take control. Highly recommend this program.
I've known Amara and Shyena for 11 years meeting them at a Q1. Life presented some challenges and I reached out to Amara to enroll in the Deeply Bonded Love program. Before I met Amara I was very unhappy in my relationship and I wasn't sure if it could ever change. But after a few weeks I started to feel very different about myself and also about my partner and I decided to stay. Now we're a lot happier and things are much better. Amara was really good at helping us get beyond the past and I felt really supported by the community. It was exactly what i needed to put my life back together.
