Altady is a very nice and user-friendly trading tool with many features and at a great price.Another important factor for me is their excellent helpdesk. Within a few minutes, you'll receive expert and patient assistance.Hence my 5* rating.

Great trading features and information and courses
I had an issue regarding the automatic renewal of my annual subscription. The Altrady people very flexible and responsive. The issue was resolved almost instantly. On a Sunday! My new gold standard for customer service.
I'm not an advanced crypto trader. It's been a learning experience, sometimes painful and frustrating. The support team at Altrady goes above and beyond, especially Pedro to be patient when I'm learning new stuff. In my experience many crypto organzations are pathetic when it comes to being patient with people that are not experienced crypto traders, and the response time can be even worse. In my three years of using Altrady they respond quickly and are great at being patient and asking questions to understand the problem.

I’ve been using Altrady for a while and the platform itself is good, and the support team is always responsive and helpful — that part deserves appreciation.However, I’m disappointed with the pricing structure, especially during the Black Friday promotion. The website advertises a 40% Black Friday discount, but the actual effective discount for yearly users is only 10% more than the regular annual price. The discount is applied to the monthly rate × 12, not to the yearly plan itself — which makes the offer look much better than it really is.In addition, the monthly plan does not receive any Black Friday discount at all, which is surprising and limits flexibility for users who don’t want to commit to a full year.Overall, the prices feel a bit high, especially considering that many features included in the higher plans are not needed by all traders. It would be great to see more transparent promotions and more flexible pricing options for users with different needs.

Altrady is a great company. I've been using the platform for about 9 months and I've had no problems and I have no complaints. I would recommend Altrady as a trade platform to anyone who likes a one stop shop platform with no nonsense.

Good tool overall, but I saw a glitch when running backtests - first time my Take Profit price is hit, I receive the same amount I put in regardless of profit. For example, I spend $10K on a coin at $2, if my TP is $4, I get $10K when my TP price is hit.Please resolve this issue.Thank you
