Very disappointed, all the way around
I've ordered from this company in the past and was always very satisfied. However, this time something has changed, and not for the better. I ordered a blanket for my son, who had just lost his cat (with the cats' picture on the blanket) in early November. I paid extra for it to make sure we got it in time for Christmas. After not hearing from them in almost 4 weeks, I finally reached out and was told they had finished the art work TWENTY SIX DAYS AGO and were waiting for my approval. But they had never sent me ANYTHING with a prototype or saying that they needed my approval. Finally they directed me to my "portal" with a mock-up of the blanket. I asked for them to please move the photo to the middle of the blanket. I received the finished product, FINALLY, today, January 2. Not in time for Christmas, which I'd paid for. And the photo was at the bottom of the blanket, not in the middle as I requested. I will NEVER buy from this company again. Beyond disappointed.

Not what I ordered
I emailed them because it had been a while and they hadn't sent me art to approve for the custom blanket. They told me it had been done for three days but just didn't tell me. It took two weeks to be shipped, and they sent me a blanket with a Halloween background. I chose a floral background. They told me once I hit approve, the system "automatically locks in what you chose." Never even saw the background I supposedly chose and obviously there's no time to have them fix it.

Alpha Paw People Are Amazing!
These folks are amazing! I've sent e-mails twice and have heard back the same day!! Their customer service is the best ever and I'm sold on the product as well. My little dog didn't take to the ramp right away and I was ready to send it back. They were great about it and offered an alternative. As it has turned out, my puppy now loves the ramp and I love these people!

Alpha Paw made me appreciate small businesses. They were prompt with my order & the paw throw blanket is just what we needed to protect our bed linens. Wonderful company with the best products
The products I have purchased from Alpha Paw are of the best quality and I have been so happy with them. My very senior cat is now blind and deaf and she uses all of the ramps to get to her favorite spots. I just purchased the OrthoPlush bed and she wouldn't use it and I knew she probably did not because she could not see it. I was giving up and put it on my bed and guess what, she was in it and she loves it. Thank you Alpha Paw for being so caring.

I paid for two products at the same…
I paid for two products at the same time I’ve only received one. I received a tracking number (unclear why they weren’t shipped together), but the carrier has not received the package. I have now contacted them nine times via Facebook, Facebook messenger text and email and they refuse to give me any information other than I will get it, I spent over $100 on this order and got half. I read other reviews and they’re doing the same thing with other customers not answering and not following up.

Pads are very absorbent
Pads are very absorbent. Have a large dog with Addison's disease that takes Prendisone every day, which makes him pee, about every ten minutes - impossible to get him out each time, especially overnight.The pads have been a life-saver or me.
