Poor response time continued...
I previously left a review about the unresponsiveness of the admin team. Allara responded back to my review here saying the issue was identified and resolved. While I did get a response on that same day they left the response to this review, I had an important follow up question to the message I got regarding a prescription change. It has now been 8 days with no response. The response time issue apparently has not been resolved as the representative on this site stated. I just wanted to point that out as I don't want people getting the impression that this was a one off and that the issue has been resolved. It has not. I look forward to updating this review with a positive outcome once the response time is actually improved by Allara. Thank you.

I wasn’t rushed, I could explain and speak my feelings and they listened then explained their approach. I finally felt heard. Which I haven’t felt in a very long time. Ending the visit I felt like I was important and that they care to truly improve my health and my conditions. I am really looking forward to see how this goes!

Scam. They lie and tell you it is going to be $60 but then after they "submit" it to insurance, the price doubles. It's an absolute scam. They force you to put a card on file and will give you 3 days to pay it automatically. The biggest scam I have ever seen. Liars and thiefs

The doctor was great and did really extensive test. However, they’re advertisements claim that this consensually can be free with your insurance however, it is not it is whatever your specialty doctor rate is plus the cost of any test that you need to have done the test that I had done was over $200 not to say that that was the problem. But the issue really came in when they prescribed me a medication that was not covered by my insurance. There’s no direct way to communicate with the doctor and their support team does not respond with a timely manner. I literally had to cancel my membership in order to get a response from their support team in a timely manner they do not care about your actual health and someone who actually suffers from PCOS this stress that this caused was not worth working with them. I do not recommend them. I do recommend just seeing a regular endocrinologist.

Best investment in my health ever
Even if you don't have insurance, this is a great option! I felt heard and was taken seriously. My doctor was kind, understanding, and thorough. She ordered everything I needed without hesitation and extra in the case that there is something else causing my symptoms. I have gotten farther with Allara in 30 minutes than I have in over ten years at traditional medical institutions. Highly highly recommend.

She makes up her own judgements that are different from the last apt, rebellious, will only speak to you in apts so she can collect your copay, will allow your symptoms to get out of control and doesnt know how to properly submit prescriptions. Despite doing my due diligence I was unable to get the care I needed with past providers. Utilizing this company as well as my specific provider felt well worth my time and money. She did not reccomend any unnecessary tests but rather was able to pinpoint my specific needs with precision. Will continue to use this platform in the years to come.

One of the best for telehealth
I've used telehealth from another company for 3 years. I'm a big fan of the convenience and time savings as many woman's issues don't require onsite appointments. Allara is great because they accept insurance and are action oriented. In less than 30 minutes my needs were met and next steps in place. Highly recommend Allara.
