The Akicon people are special. From the first call in August 2025 to the last call in January of 2025 with many emails along the way, they were great to help me with information, drawings, pictures, and most important, understanding how important the copper range hood purchase was to us.
Stopped by the Akicon showroom with the wife last week. pretty impressive setup with tons of styles to check out. we actually found a sink we liked and bought it on the spot. smooth experience.
Got my stainless steel hood and sink just before the holidays. fast shipping. The sink feels heavy and high quality, and the hood is super bright. My friends have already complimented how good the kitchen looks.

The worst experience ever ! Beware ordering from this site . I order some kitchen handles. to top it off I placed my order and they told me I had to paid $10 extra for a mistake they made so just part of my order was send i had to pay the $10 in order to get my other part of my handles

Shopped totally on-line. first purchase was a beautiful kitchen faucet, not yet installed as waiting for countertops. My kitchen cabinet hardware and paper towel holder are scheduled for delivery on 9.10. I'm expecting them to be of the same fine quality as the kitchen faucet

I got a custom stainless steel sink that came with a hanging rod, which is surprisingly useful. It's very sturdy and holds a lot, making it much easier to keep my kitchen organized.
We are building our house and wanted to design our stove vent hood in copper. I contacted several companies and got information and pricing. Then we found Aikon! Daniella has been so helpful and fun to work with. She has answered and found answers to all our questions. She helped me design and now just finalize our hood! We are all excited to see it done!!!
