I cant go below one star else I would have done that. Very frustrated with this travel agency. I had booked tickets for my parents and the flights have been cancelled and I have been trying to reach them since 2 weeks now no response to phones/emails. On the other hand other agency H&S travels who I used to get tickets for my travel were very responsive and I got the travel voucher within 2 days without any hassle. Really bad experience with airfare booking.

I was very hesitant with their payment option as they were asking me my credit card information over phone and also asked me my identification docs. But he convinced me and it went well at the end. My journey has not finished yet so I will write another review after journey. But so far it was easy and straightforward process and I was on good hands and I got tickets with good price.
