Do not purchase parts from this company, warranty is shady and parts are low quality. You’ll be doing the same work within months.

I have made about 7 auto parts purchases from this company in the last two years. Up till this last purchase I’ve had no issues. This last purchase I purchased a front end suspension kit which included all 4 ball joints. Well all for ball joints failed within 8months. Mind you there is a limited lifetime warranty. But what they don’t tell you is that the warranty only covers replacement if the part fails. However who would want to replace a new premature failed part with the same thing? This company sells low-quality parts with shady warranty warranty tactics. I don’t recommend anyone buy anything from this company. You’ll only be met with disappointment if you have to resolve anything with them.

Keep Your Proof of Purchase!!!

I purchased a set of the Trail Ridge towing mirrors (2001 F250) through a third-party freight-forwarding site as they said that they wouldn't sell to me as their warranty would not be valid. I indicated that the reviews on the mirrors were great and that the warranty would be worthless anyway since the mirrors were leaving the USA.In making the purchase through MYUS (freight forwarding) and Amazon to A1 Auto, there were a couple of steps where my name was not part of the sale.Where it all went wrong was when I broke the glass on one of the mirrors and wanted to purchase replacement heated mirror glass. I wanted nothing more from A1 other than to pay the RRP for some replacement glass because the breakage was my fault.I was told that I could be one of those people who buy items and make cheap copies because there was no record of my name on the system. Even after sending photographs and part numbers and escalating the query, they continued to get it wrong by finally agreeing to the purchase of the replacement glass - and then shipped the wrong ones! (this wasn't a bad thing as I dropped and broke one of those as well several months later).I say to A1 Auto that, if someone wants to buy your product, even though it's far from being the cheapest on the market, you sell it to them when you are presented with information that demonstrates that the original product is owned. It doesn't matter where the buyer gets your items, even if they're second hand. Replacement parts are needed sometimes and being unhelpful to a customer is the kind of thing that guarantees a review such as this one.You can do better!

I made an online purchase this vendor held my money.

I made an online purchase. The funds were withdrawn from my bank account. The following day I received an email from A1Auto.com that said, "We ran into a snag processing your orderand it has been cancelled. If you resubmityour order with a different form of payment, we'll get it to you ASAP.But they already got my $362 payment taken from my bank account?I called and was told that the "Signified" third party software picked up some kind of Alert. But they already have my money from my bank account? The money went instantaneously and now they are telling me 3-5 days to get my money back? Doesn't that prove that they actually got my money?I will never use A1Auto,com again Stick with Parts geek.com
