Zox is a great company! I have shared their bracelets with everyone I know. They all love them! They are beautiful , colorful and comfortable. Will continue to purchase more bracelets from Zox!!

Prompt Customer Support
I jad reached out to Zox many months ago because I loved their watch bands but they didn't offer it for a Pixel watch. Much to my delight, they now have a pixel adapter for their watch bands so of course I ordered a band and an adadpter (which was free with the band). When I put it on, I couldn't get one piece to click into place. I reached out and by the next day, I had an email and a new order number because they sent me a new adapter. Xox is very customer focused and always quick to respond. GREAT COMPANY :)

Great product with very good support as needed
I have engage with Zox via the browser, the app, facebook group and support (email). I find their products are so useful in assisting with my own general wellbeing journey. That isn’t the central theme of the company but they do genuinely care about people. This has been shown to me the most in interaction with the support team (email) who have never yelled at me or made me feel guilty but have actually listened to me, they’ll explain anything needed, take note as needed and provide recommendations as needed. To me a product can be great but support isn’t. In this case I have found that both the products and the service support as needed is provided well and I’m grateful for this companies role in my life.

The best customer service around
The customer service at ZOX is excellent, they go above and beyond. That is not a common thing anymore nowadays. It is refreshing!! There items are very unique and eye catching.

Superb customer service
Superb customer service! Not only is the ordering process incredibly easy with the user-friendly website, but my order arrived SO fast. Then a week or so later, I received an email from Jason asking how I liked the bracelet. I love this kind of customer service. This is why I keep going back for more - for me, for friends, for family.

We absolutely love the interactive Bible verse bracelets. When one stopped working, I received a response very quickly and they sent a replacement that same day. Amazing products. Amazing customer service.

Let me start of by saying I love Zox
Let me start of by saying I love Zox! I ordered 8 bracelets right away and 2 of them where to big for my daughter. I emailed them for an exchange and they wrote me back within 24 hrs and said we refunded your money for the 2 bracelets and please keep the bracelets or give them to a friend. I thought that was really a great feature that they do. Great company and I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

Great customer service Zox informed me my parcel was lost in the mail as they hadn't received any updates and without hesitation issued a full refund! I will definitely be purchasing more products from Zox I love what they are doing and stand for as a company ❤️
