There was an issue with shipping. I sent an email to the customer service department and I got a rapid response and they immediately shipped out a replacement and got it to me with in a week and a half. When a customer service response this well that tells me they stand behind their products and company.
It’s been a long time since I’ve felt like I’ve completely wasted money on a product, but this one unfortunately tops the list.The build quality is really poor. The “invisible” button barely works and is incredibly annoying in conjunction with the faulty cable. For something at this price point, I expected far better durability and reliability. It’s completely packed it in now so you can take it back!What’s made the experience worse is the customer service process. The support flow is frustratingly slow, and there seems to be reluctance to replace a clearly faulty product. I was asked to upload a video as proof, but the fault registration form doesn’t even accept a video in the format or size they instructed me to use. That just feels poorly thought through — whether it’s a technical oversight or not, it creates an unnecessarily difficult after-sales experience.Overall, it’s an expensive gimmick that’s unusable in practice, backed up by disappointing customer support. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Zima Dental has some of the most helpful and supportive employees I think I’ve ever come across. They answer all my emails with courtesy and sort out my problems promptly and without fuss. They’re a pleasure to deal with.
Not only are Zima Dental products top notch, but their customer support is, as well. I received an immediate response and was promptly provided with the remedy for my issue. I’m very happy with the service and the information that I’d received.

I have an older mouthpiece and found that Zima cleaning pod and tablet did the most I could expect. The dark discoloration is much lighter and I feel it is overall cleaner than in the past. I would highly recommend this product.
Customer Service lied that Zima's cleaning tablets were on their way. Then, said they were delivered offering no proof they were. Spent $107 on 6 boxes that I never received. They did not offer a refund.
No matter what I did, my night guard never felt clean. My pod and tablets are a game changer! Now I have more consistency of use because I know my device is clean. Love.
