The customer service was EXCELLENT! Brittany was fantastic and helped with a couple of things that I was struggling with during the process. It'd be great if there was a way to rotate photos on the page a little easier.

The book turned out really well but it was pricey. And hard to format the cover. It took awhile to load and they did not send reminder emails to people who signed up.

Smart choice
First of all, Brittany is an amazing person! Her patient, caring personality comes across through email. At first, I wasn't too keen on communicating through emails, but Brittany very quickly changed my attitude. She helped me in so many ways to make Mike's retirement book AMAZING! I was so happy to present it to my boss for presentation on January 13th. After it was completed online, she made sure that delivery was also on time. She's amazing, she's Kith & Kin!!! Mom’s 90th Birthday Celebration Book
Mom’s 90th Birthday Celebration Book. My mother turned 90 on 12/31/2025. I’d participated in a friend’s Kith and Kin book, so my brother and I decided it would be a wonderful tribute to help her see how much she is loved. She was blown away! She has emailed us to say what a blessing the book is and how much fun she has had reading and rereading it! The book is high quality and submissions are easy to do. We received the book two days earlier than the committed date which was terrific since we were traveling for the holiday. The ordering system was a little glitchy but Brittany responded incredibly fast and resolved my issue. Highly recommend this as a meaningful gift!

Lovely gift book for a big birthday
I created a gift birthday book for my mom's 80th birthday and she loved it. It was easy to set up the format and to request people to contribute.Some people found it hard to use, I think because of the templates and instead sent me photos and notes via email. It was easy for me to add those, but I could not use a similar template structure. So the pages come out looking different but that is okay.Just before sending to print we saw that the preview was not showing the headers that I had written, so I contacted Kith and Kin and they were extremely responsive and the "bug" was resolved. The book arrived in time!

Great customer service
The company is excellent particularly in regard to customer service. I had several questions and special issues as we were creating our memory book. A customer rep was always back to me with information within 24 hours. Our book is lovely. The only improvement I would like to see is in regard to picture sizes. The space provided is good for a single picture. We had a number of collage pictures. Each went with a particular memory submission. Those are too small and cannot be resized to fill a page. If you are creating a book, keep your collage pictures to 2-3 rather than the 4-6 we often submitted.

Overall great experience, fast shipping, good quality. I wish there was a little bit more of a customization option to be able to move text around or consolidate onto one page. There was some misprinting in 2 pages, and for price i do wish there wasn’t that mistake, bjt the positives outweighed the negatives.

Look no place else .You found the right place..👍I was creating a memory book for my sister's 60th birthday.. It started out It was only going to be fifteen people and it ended up being over fifty... Once I got started with the project I knew exactly how I wanted it to go...I could've never done this without the help of Brittney who was there every day all the way with me to make it happen.. She was so patient and understanding and knew that my heart was in this book and wanted so desperately to make it right for me..
