The weight literally falls off on Phase One. Then you learn to keep it off in phase 2. That is challenging as the beads are gone. The beads really work after about a week! Stay with it!
I completed a two-week detox and had great success. I feel so much better overall, with more energy and a noticeable improvement in how my body & mindset feels. This program is amazing! And i am surprised by how flexible and fast-working it is! My friends and family have noticed my results IMMEDIATELY! The people are very friendly , kind and helpful . Their customer service is of quality. I did find that there was very little guidance regarding the program . I had done a similar program in which there was actual coaching involved . It was challenging that at times I didn’t know what to ask. There is a lot of information on the website which can be overwhelming and time consuming to go through . More detailed verbal explanation/ orientation would have been helpful
