The people running this website are a group of thieves, and no one should deal with them. They stole my money, and it is impossible to contact them. All their communication methods are fake. I strongly advise against dealing with them.

It's really a scam
I should have checked this first coz i was scammed too! I bought a christmas tree cat scratcher and from China to Taiwan, it should not take that long! Purchased on 12/04, today 12/26, have yet to received my product even when i pay additional for faster shipping.
