We ordered bluefin akami, bluefin chu toro, Loch Duart salmon, and Ora King salmon from Yama Seafood. Everything arrived frozen solid in insulated packaging and was clearly handled with care. The thawing instructions were accurate and easy to follow.This was our first time making sushi rolls, hand rolls, nigiri, and poke at home. The results were exceptional. The Ora King salmon was rich, buttery, and incredibly clean tasting. The chu toro had a smooth, luxurious texture. The akami was firm and bright and worked perfectly for rolls and poke.The quality honestly exceeded our expectations. It was some of the best sushi we have ever had, even better than our favorite local sushi spot. We will absolutely order again.
