My advice would be to buy from funbikes…
My advice would be to buy from funbikes as thay are the same bikes but atleast u can get parts, its all cheap Chinese stuff so dont expect to much.

Very disappointing
I noticed another review. Very similar experience with Claire. Bought an £850 quad bike it has been hardly used, it’s gone wrong but it’s out of warranty so I contacted them to assist with resolving the issue, sent videos of the issue, told me they would get back to me so I can buy replacement parts. 5 weeks have gone by since I got the first response from them, now silence won’t even return my emails! I’ve chased 4 times. Such a shame because the quad is great, I wanted to buy some more items as well, was just waiting for them to come back into stock. I wouldn’t go anywhere near them now! Such short sighted as far as I’m concerned. Got two little girls gutted they can’t use their quad bike. A little support from these people would have made this an easy resolve. Good job there’s plenty of other good companies out there I can now choose to use instead!!

Bought a couple of Chinese bikes,1 was from Xtreme toys. Had a problem within a couple of weeks and contacted them but they refuse to give any help when something goes wrong. (First email they asked for copy of invoice, sent it by email and now they never answer emails)Great value but believe me they soon stop working! 50cc quad lasted us 20 minutes and crank seal has gone. So needs new engine! Electric bike lasted no more than 3 hours and now won't run. Swapped two parts so far and still the same. Xtreme toys won't give any advice other than sell spares which they refuse to refund or exchange once we find its not that parts.Don't waste your money and instead look for a used Japanese kids bike as they run for ever.

Broken parts, communication between the company and customers is dreadful. Phonlines are never answered, emails take an age to get 1 response then you wait days for a second response awful customer service

Bought 3 electric bike from Xtreme Toys…
Bought 3 electric bike from Xtreme Toys for over £2000, a 500W, 1100W and a 1500W. The 500W was of such poor quality it had to be returned which was not an easy process and took weeks to be processed, the other 2 were fine for the first few months, but the 1500W has had continuous problems with the brakes making it unsafe to ride, and now with hardly any use the "controller unit" as died and Xtreme Toys are refusing a warranty claim even though they have a legal obligation according to UK law! The bikes look great! But the build quality of the Electric Bike are not fit for purpose at all and it seems that Xtreme Toys are not interested in after sales support. I have raised this with Trading Standards and have been advised to appeal in the small claim court.

We bought my grandson an off road jeep…
We bought my grandson an off road jeep for my grandson. He was over the moon on Christmas Day he no longer wishes to play with it after charging the jeep it runs for about 20 mins. We have been asked how old the child is and his weight which is 3 years of age and 2 stone 7ozs. The jeep is run on a private tarmac road and very occasionally on the lawn. We have been advised by Shaun to charge the jeep for 6-8 hours as per the manual but the green light comes on after 2 hours. My thought is that the green light is faulty and the batteries are not fully charged. We have suggested this to Shaun and we are waiting his reply. As I stated in my last email we only see our grandson every other weekend and it makes thing difficult in carrying out Shaun suggestions but my thought is if we ignore the green light will we be damaging the batteries and they are very expensive to replace. Let’s hope we can resolve the problem because at the moment he doesn’t want to play with it to me it is a waste of over $300.00 which I can’t afford to waste.

Great after sale customer care and great quad bikes
I bought two electric quads 1300w for my kids and one of them had a wrong piece installed at the manufacturer which made the rear brake (which is the most powerful as it is hydraulic) impossible to operate. It took me a while to realise what was wrong as all seemed in place and yet squeezing the brake would not result in any braking effect. Turns out the wring disc assembly was installed and being bigger it was not latching with the rear axle so the brake was essentially detached from the axle/wheels. The company organised its collection and refund, which was completed in a couple of days. The quad in itself is brilliant, my kids love it, and the other one which is unaffected will be a blast (I haven't assembled it yet as we are waiting to acquire a property that has a large garden so im waiting for that to take it out the box). The quad assembly is easy as 90% is already installed and tools are provided to attach the tires, and front shocks (takes 30min or so).The quad has great power and it is fully adjustable so that can be tailored to kids skills and for the short time we used it (ie before the brake issue was identified), the battery seemed to last pretty well to advertised specs. The quality is great, very sturdy, looks and feels the real deal. I have a 500cc petrol quad bike so i know about these well.It was very unfortunate that the wrong part was assembled and i am sure it was just a one off (they confirmed they had not seen this issue before and they sold thousands). In any case the company sorted this and they were very helpful. I found initially difficult to communicate as their phone number is not currently operational due to covid (i got concerned as i was getting nowhere with it), but then things were sorted via email. I will definitely buy again from this company as I have full confidence in their after sale, and in fact my kids are already asking if they can get the next model!

Bought a Beat Box Tao in 2019 and had 3 issues since and for every 3 times I got my bike back i have had but good performance every time. The machanics do absolutely professional work on bikes. GREAT JOB Extreme Toys I would recommend you to everyone.

Aftersales Shocking
My Parents Purchased a quad a while ago for my son’s Christmas present the quad itself isn’t to bad but they are Chinese built so don’t expect them to be bullet proof, we had a brake issue when first arrived which I had to rectify myself. The quad is now out of warranty and developed a fault, contacted them via email regarding a replacement part and some advise as to what would be causing the issue. They wanted to know the far end of a fart regarding personal and purchase details etc even though the quad was out of warranty, was obviously willing to pay for the replacement part required. I provided all the relevant information they requested, now had no reply for weeks and can’t get hold of them via phone. Morale of the story they happy to sell you a quad/bike but aftersales is non existent Probably why you only get a short warranty period.

Plenty of off road motors to choose from for kids. I bought an 1300 watt xtm racing quad for one son then bought a 1300 watt mxpro dirt bike for my other son a few months later. Very happy with both, my sons spend most of their weekend messing about on them. Very good quality.

100% money well spent!
My boys had literally had so much fun on their Xtm racing quads since the first lock down. We have made the best memories and the quads sure have kept them entertained for the past 15 months. 100% money well spent!
