excellent service, excellent return policy.
I ordered what was branded as Italian gloves by the manufacturer. When I got my receipt it stated that there was tax, even though they are from another state. When I questioned this they returned my tax even though they do have a store in my state, and i should have noticed when i ordered that i was paying tax. The order came promptly without shipping fees. But when I opened the package I noticed that the Gloves were made in China. Precisely what I did not want. A quick check of their return policy stated just return for any reason no RMA required, no notification needed. When they get them they will refund the full amount, And that is exactly what happened. What a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend xsportsprotective to anyone looking for the gear they sell. Todd
