They keep on inviting me to a phone…
They keep on inviting me to a phone call after I left another review which apparently got removed but they've yet to address the real issue. I've been waiting for an EIN for 1.5 years now and still crickets. I paid for it, I paid the LLC renewal fees and I still can't use it. Disgusting company. I expect a full refund for the fees paid in the last 1.5 years, not just for the EIN, all the fees as this company has been nothing but a thorn in my eye. Completely and utterly useless.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
I paid for their top package which include EIN too and after 2 months when i contacted them asking where the EIN is, their staff Maryliz S telling me to contact IRS directly to get the EIN because of they lost EIN during Transit, . Such a horrible experience. They cant do the job which they took money from me to do, they want me to contact IRS via helpline and provide them a list of information which most of them are some sort of codes which im hearing for first time. I decided to close the LLC and move away to another provider.Extremely Frustrating.

for someone outside of the USA this was…
for someone outside of the USA this was insanely easy, extremely well done and great information online, via email and via phone. The assistance in creating and obtaining bank account with banks that do business with this law firm was so easy it was almost alarming. incredibly nice people in Wyoming , polite, gracious and kind. doing anything online and out of my home country was initially stressful but could and would give them TEN STARS instead of 5.
