My instructor Maria Browning was awesome; the communication by email text had all the details and information we needed, I enjoyed our online class seeing others just like me from other states, Canada and UK we are all connected by our love for Zumba and the desire to learn and grow in this community. Getting familiar with the Zumba app was helpful as well as Maria giving us tips, motivation, knowledge and experience on how to get started and what to do as new instructors.

Met the overall goal.
Maria was attractive, moved well, & kept things simple. I wish coordination with the host facility regarding parking had gone more smoothly. Got the basics what it takes to lead a zumba class, the importance of pre-cueing, the science behind a zumba class & what to expect when building a playlist.

Erick Santana made my learning…
Erick Santana made my learning experience fun, memorable, with tons of practical tips and motivation to succeed. Our class was cohesive and we bonded through our hard work dancing and learning steps together with our choreo and cues! For the first time I felt like an athlete since I started strength training and increasing my cardio months prior to my class. The day of our class, Erick made us feel comfortable from the first hello to the goodbyes. We asked tons of questions, practiced, answered questions, created our own playlist, practiced again and more! In the end, we achieved our goal and became a licensed Zumba Instructor armed with tons of information and knowledge. Now, I'm looking forward to my first class! Thank you to our instructor Erick and my classmates!

My Zumba Mama Coco was and is the bomb dot com. She made my learning experience fun and made smile more than I have in the past. My zumba basic 1 training was truly life changing. It was about building confidence, expressing myself, and connecting through music and movement. I finished the course empowered, motivated, and so proud to be part of the Zumba family. This experience gave me more then skills-it gave me joyand new passion. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to grow, shine, and make a difference through dance.
