First time seller on this site. I was chugging along entering ISBN codes for the multiple DVDs I wanted to sell. I got good offers on 3 of the items I entered so was feeling good. After entering all items, I looked over the list and saw that one quote item was missing. I tried to re-enter the item and then got a much lower offer for only a few cents. Also, tried to complete my sale and was told I could get an extra 10% added to my first trade. I clicked on the offer and they recalculated my total with the 10%. I saved my transaction and came back a few minutes later to complete the transaction. The discount had disappeared so it appears they gave it and then took it away! It's nice to get a little extra cash by selling these items, but the glitches make me kind of unhappy.

I have sold several different times with this app. I am giving them 4 stars for two reasons. The first one is that I feel the amount of money that they give is low, despite their claims that their rates are competitive. I have felt swindled several times but needed quick money so.....The second reason is several times they have claimed that either certain items were not received or they were damaged to the point where they couldn't offer me any money for them. This always happens on the items that they offer me the most money on so I have found that to be convenient for them. Other than that, usually receive my payment quickly with no issues. I have had some trouble getting Fedex to take the packages, stating that there is an issue with the label but other than that, good app for selling your used and unwanted books, movies, cds, etc..

No phone # to speak to live person and none of the issues offered on cs tab lead to where I can ask question. AND NOW...they've offered to buy my books and said they've sent packing label of which I have received NONE. So now...I have 2 issues neither of which I can quickly call and get resoulution. So disappointing as I've been buying from them for years and for once thought I'd try to sell to them.

Good for decluttering old DVDs but recommend being proactive with the process.
Found useful for DVD unloading but don't expect much pricing. 4 stars is for experience my wife had were a package was not paid out, but she was not proactive in following up. Otherwise great service.
