Amazing customer support
It's a scam!! First, you pay $199 to set up an LLC and a registering agent. This is already a scam (the cost is $49), but it's acceptable because they set up the company for you (supposedly for free). After a year, you receive a $399 bill. The fees are for the worry-free service, which you never ordered and can't cancel anywhere on their website, and for registering agent again $199. If you want to change your registering agent, you have to pay around $170, meaning you're locked into them unless you pay $399 plus , $170 for the new company for the transfer registering agent, and $49 for the new company as registering agent (real cost). This is how Zenbussines makes money, and it should be banned. They should be punished for it! It's a scam.

I did research on several online companies that help you form LLC. ZenBusiness came highly recommended. I purchased their $199 package which included my business EIN number. I had no idea I was going to be charged another $199/yr to use them as a Registered Agent which basically means they will notify me whenever I get business mail or important documents. I had no idea I could be my own Registered Agent because they made it sound as if this was a very important job when in reality, they were just my reminder to check my mail. Lots of luck trying to get in touch with them. They also had free side deals like building a website which was free for 30 days and then they charge you on a monthly basis. It’s a scam and they know people will forget to cancel but they won’t forget to charge your credit card. Find some other online LLC builder.
BEWARE OF A SCAM. You pay $200 to set up a company, and the next year you get a $400 bill for some sham company management and are tricked into paying hidden fees. SCAM! It was a good company before, not anyone. Everyone steals now.
