Brilliant cannot fault them (little bit pricey)

Brilliant cannot fault them. Me and missus stopped in the other day for butties emergency time on route and my missus couldn’t get enough of the cakes they do (fa* bug**) Only gripe (would give 9.8/10) is there a little on the pricey side but they are in the middle of nowhere so I imagine there courier / transport costs are high / immense. Overall an excellent experience would use again- missus singing your praises so can’t be bad at all as she’s very fussy with food.

Dear Yondermans Cafe

Dear Yondermans Cafe, Wardlow Mires, when many years ago I lived in Tideswell and the petrol station was open you were the absolute best and cheapest cafe for bikers, truckers, locals and tourists. In the many years since under various owners I have supported you, however, this new regime seems to be charging people Michelin Star prices for what's now at best Morrisons quality food. We Bikers, that is the people I know and ride with, along with others from all over Derbyshire and other areas are it seems feeling a tad ripped off. Granted the cost of living has gone up, we are all aware of that, but that does not mean you should be profiteering from what feels like your extrorting your once very loyal customers. Surely the companies that will survive are the ones that show that they value and support their customers in the same way we have supported the Yondermans over the years? If you wish to become a restaurant then feel free, but do not expect the turnover this summer you have had in previous years, ask Derbyshire Dale's Council, when we as a group put our mind to it we bring about change, and yes when we feel taken advantage of, we are quite capable of a mass boycott. Currently Monyash, Grindleford, Hartington and Flag cafe's are far more appealing to us. It truly is such a shame. You could ensure our loyalty for many years to come, or you could have a few weeks or couple of months profiteering at best then find very lean times to come. RegardsJonesy
