Excellent transfer service from Faro airport to accommodation in Albufeira and return journey to airport 10 days later. There were 8 in our party and on both occasions a suitable vehicle was provided. I booked online and had confirmation and email reminders re pick up time a few days before. Both drivers were very helpful, pleasant and good drivers. Highly recommended. Competitive prices too.
I had the pleasure of using Yellowfishtransfers on my trip to Portimao and we had the best service with the sweetest drivers (both ways). Engaging and flexible drivers, specially Lucy who gave us tips on where to go and where to eat to get the very best of Portimao. When I go back, I will definitely use this service again. We landed in Faro on time, however as Yellowfish had alerted us that passport control area had massive delays. With their clear instruction at top of the voucher in Red 'Please contact us on +351 919 150 078 as soon as you are about to clear passport control / when you have collected all your luggage and belongings', I called this number, to be told our transfer had departed without us, because it was 1 hour after our landing time. I was told that I had been telephoned but had not answered. However I reviewed no call and had no missed calls, I received no incoming call from Yellowfish. We were then told that they would try to find a driver and would have to pay again but never heard anything back from Yellowfish. We felt abandoned and vulnerable at the airport and took a long time and 100 Euro to get to Alvor at 2am (we landed at 9:30pm). After using yellowfish previously and recommending to all our friends, I am really angry at the way we were treated. Why did they make the request not to contact you until after passports, knowing there was a big issue with big time delays and then just leave us? I sent an email highlighting these issues but had received no response. I would now advice to avoid this company!!
Our plane was delayed but our driver was still there, waiting to drive us from Faro airport to Ocean Village resort in Vilamoura. He was English-speaking and knew exactly where reception was. My husband has mobility issues and the driver made a note that instead a large 4x4 vehicle like the one he was in, which required quite a stretch to get into even with the aid of a little non-slip step, in future a sedan car should be sent. Now we are home, Miguel from Yellow Fish has just phoned (27 May) to find out if we had any other issues. Superb service. At €31 for a one-way trip it was well worth the cost for the intelligent care and professional approach. Recommended.
Used yellowfish for 4-5 years now. Have used other companies and not turn up or car old bangers. Notice on reviews only complaint is price? You get what you pay for. New clean cars, polite drivers and on time every time. Will never usr anyone else.

Highly recommend this company for private transfers in the Algarve. Great communication, very polite drivers and lovely clean, air conditioned cars. I used them from Faro airport to Alvor, which took 45 minutes.

I was recommended Yellowfish as last two times in Portugal our taxi didn’t return for us altough paid. Our driver was waiting for us and very helpful. Taxi’s spotless and collection was on time. Very happy with their service and definitely will use again 👋
On our last trip in February 2023. We had Rui as our driver both ways. So September 2023 when we came to the Algarve. I emailed yellowfish and asked if we could have the same driver *Rui*. He was brilliant and very lovely. It was a great pleasure. Arriving and seeing he was our driver again. Then tonight Rui was waiting outside the hotel for us. He is a very nice guy. We shared some of our experiences with him and his knowledge of the Algarve is brilliant. Being in the transfer business myself in the UK for over 25 years. It was a absolute pleasure to meet our friend Rui again. Yellowfish we have been using for many years now on our trips to the Algarve and Rui is a true gentleman and a asset to the company.Well done Rui and yellowfish for the brilliant experiences we've had

This service was 10/10. Both members of staff we met, Ramiro and Claudia, were so friendly, talkative and welcoming. Our flight was delayed on the way there and the staff waited for us and made our journey comfortable and stress free. Highly recommend! Will be using again in the future!
