I needed a last-minute textbook for a six week course so I bought the online version. Trying to download it was a bit confusing at first but once I figured it out my access code had expired which made me nervous as I had assignments due for the class in a couple days. I messaged the support team and they promptly sent me a new access code and I was able to download my book! Great customer service.

Faulty Sofa Bed – Wheel Mechanism Failed & No Response from Yaheetech
I purchased the Yaheetech L‑Shaped Sofa Bed 3 Seater Couch through Amazon, and within a short period of normal use the pull‑out bed section developed a serious fault. The wheels do not rotate properly when pulling the bed out — they get stuck, drag across the floor, and put excessive strain on the mechanism. Two wheels have already broken, which clearly shows a manufacturing defect.Despite contacting Yaheetech multiple times with full details, I have not received any meaningful response. The lack of accountability is extremely disappointing.The product was advertised as “durable, comfortable, and sturdy,” but the wheel mechanism has failed almost immediately and has even caused damage to my flooring.For comparison, similar sofa beds from IKEA come with a 10‑year warranty and proper after‑sales support. Unfortunately, my experience with Yaheetech has been the opposite — poor product quality and no customer service.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or the seller.

40" high 8 piece gating set
I like the gating I ordered (8 piece, 40" tall), however there are a couple of features that bug me; one is the latching of the door that opens, you have to use both hands to open it because there are two clasps and it's a bit difficult especially if you're holding your dog in your arms, and second, it's a little bit on the thin side of the quality of the metal and the pins that slide down to hold the sections together feel like you could easily bend them. Good I only bought this to hold in my small dogs.

A week.
Takes way too long to do a return. They only respond around 1am or so each day so there’s no fast communication. Offer $30 and to keep it on a $89 cat tree that I didn’t want because the description and picture was way different than what I ordered. Which isn’t too bad but I finally got a refund after 8 days of back and forth emails.

Yaheetech, was very helpful and did great customer service. I had a slight issue with shipping, but Yaheetech came through and was able to deliver my box fast to the door steps on my front door. I recommend Yaheetech, products and services.

YaHeeTech, more like YeeHaa cowboy.For two weeks I have been trying to get a replacement part sent to me as the item was defective when delivered, I have been unable to assemble the bed that I ordered.After finally getting a response from them, I was assured that a replacement would be sent out. That was a week ago and they now ignore all messages.I have had to lodge a formal complaint with Amazon to get my money back as I believe I have been scammed by them. This will mean I will spend yet more time sleeping on the floor, I wish I had used a different seller.

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. I have now ordered 2 separate sofas on separate week and both have been delivered according to the tracking but they have never arrived. Ordered through Amazon. Seller claimed both sofas have now been lost in the post. Total scam. Takes money but never delivers. AVOID

Awful seller
I bought a sofa +ottoman from B&Q. This company was the seller. They lost the sofa and only delivered the ottoman. Its taken almost a month to get my refund after countless phone calls and emails. Awful customer service be careful

Very poor.
Only half of the bed was ever delivered. I had to daily chase them for any response.As of 25th January im still waiting for them to respond regarding my refund.Please DO NOT use this company.

Fake delivery code, no responding company
I bought a sofa from them indicated as 2-6 days of delivery. Currently I’m on 11th day and they gave me a tracking number on 2nd day yet the number is not in the system of logistic company. They are not replying to my mails, they are not providing any information. Only information I get is it says package on delivery, every single day. I contacted the support but they also couldn’t reach out to the company. Their warehouse is in the city I live in, 4 children can carry the sofa in 30 minutes yet this company full of adults with questionable competences failed to do that but I guess that’s pretty understandable for a company that keeps lying on delivery date, status, tracking code etc
