My purchase was lost. I contacted customer service and they told me that it was sent to the wrong location. They sent me a new item, right away-which I received, but due to issue, it took 2 weeks+ to receive

I had ordered a shirt in the wrong size and they gave me a once time exception and will exchange it! Now they may not do this for everyone but I was very pleased with the manner in which they approached the situation and how it was handled! The original shirt is very well made and came exactly as described!

Ordered a T-shirt for a christmas gift. Size was too small and they would not exchange for larger size. I can go in and buy a larger size but they won’t exchange. Absolutely terrible customer service to not accept returns as I guarantee they will sell many of the size being returned. Take your business elsewhere if this is how customers trying to buy from a small business are treated
