My experience with their customer service was excellent. Response times were quick, whether by phone or callback, and all of my questions were resolved to my complete satisfaction. Everyone was courteous and well-informed, especially Sandra, who assisted me. It's a top-notch company, and I fully intend to be a repeat customer. I give them my highest recommendation.

the customer service on the front end…
the customer service on the front end was impeccable. Lots of help with measuring , even live support over the phone. was surprised tho that after ensuring the measurements were perfect, the height of the glass of the window was shorter than i expected. the overall frame of the window fit well, but the glass height was shorter.
