I took my BMW 5 series sport in with gear box issuesAt 10am received very reasonable quote for repair at 10.45, back repaired At 1pm, great service my thanks to Ken who made this possible.
They book me in for heating problem and they told me will be £80 diagnostic then they will give me a price for repair wich I agreed. I left the car and after a week I call back for any update. They was told me they stil work on it on diagnostic but my car was always outside and they didn’t done nothing to the car . I’ve been a couple times there and my car was always outside like it was in scrap yard . Finally I put pressure on them after 10 days my car sitting outside and I had a call from this bunch of cowboys mecanics to tell me the radiator need to be change as is leaks , the box house for coolant , new cable for Bonet locks and they give me a price . I accept the price then my car was sitting outside sane as before. Finally after loosing so money from work as I’m builder and couldn’t do anything and pay on Uber , I’ve decided to go there and take my car back . They was so rude and they told me they don’t have time for my car as they to busy and they need to make money. They said they did all work we agreed and I can take my car . After took my car and paid over £600 , driving in my way to work the car was broken down let me with no brakes , no steering and I was hit the kerb . Been waiting for RAC breakdown cover and I was told that bunch of cowboys mecanics didn’t done quite anything they said. All they did was change coolant box . They will rob you and they will hold your car for weeks with out doing anything. The RAC after took mr car back to the garage they told me they was done nothing what they said . So my car was more damaged then before. Waste of time and money as you pay for nothing
Honestly I have no idea how this company is still in business. Went in for a routine service and have had 1 pain after another. Following the service. 1 - crashed the van while in there care. All the said is “wasn’t us”. I washed the car on the weekend before so I know it wasn’t there. 2 - They didn’t tighten the wheel nuts. Lucky one of the guys at the warehouse pointed it out when I pulled up so I tightened them. 3 - because I had to tighten them I took of the hub cap and noticed they sheared the treaded rod that connects to the wheel hub. Because of point 3 I went back to the garage to get it sorted and they did fix it which I’m thankful for, but this weekend I went to rotate the tires at kwik fit and the technician called me over to see something and 2 of the bolts have been threaded where they put them on skew!!!Dealing with cars and workmanship is absolutely disgraceful at the location. Customer service tho the guys are good and fairly pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately even with the best customer service it still doesn’t warrant the risk of car issues when you visit this service centre. This location is at unit 15 riverside business park.
