Our experience with Whitt was wonderful. Everyone involved in our new carpet install was wonderful and very helpful! We will definitely use Whitt Carpet and Tile again.

Whitt carpet one communicated extremely well with us. They corrected a 4 year problem we were dealing with from the. previous carpet one dealer in our town. The workmanship was perfect. Thanks!!!

High quality tile options
I had nearly given up on finding just the right tiles for my shower to coordinate with the tile already on my bathroom floor. Bob was very knowledgeable and helpful, and within 30 minutes I was headed home with suitable samples for shower floor and walls. The completed project looks fabulous! I'm very pleased with their selection and excellent service.

Thank you Bob for assisting with carpet selection for whole house replacement. The two installers were diligent and thorough and did a great job! The look of the house is 100% refreshed and we love it!

Carpet that was ordered arrived in a timely manner and was installed in a really neat and efficient manner. Sales and lnstallation personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would use Whitt for future needs and highly recommend them to friends.

Whitt Carpet and Tile offers a wide selection of carpets. The thickness of the weave is important to us and we found the carpet we had installed. We were allowed to bring many samples home and had time to decide which was the best to match window treatments, wall colors and what would work best with our furniture. The installation was done by very capable workers and we are enjoying the comfort of our carpet and our new room.

The entire experience was so easy and pleasant. Bob was great at helping us find a quality carpet in the color we wanted that was in our budget. Installation was very impressive and went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Whitt Carpet!

After installation we made a poor…
After installation we made a poor choice in color scheme. I feel design expert should have been better at helping in this. We waited a long time for installation because of delays in ordering and receiving material from Fl. supplier. Didn't they ever hear of overnight shipping? Installation mechanic averted a BIG problem by refusing to install until problem was resolved. Kudos to him. No follow up on job,I finally had to send the balance due based on bid, without final invoice. After consulting with other tile people I am now convinced we overpaid.

From our initial contact at the Salem …
From our initial contact at the Salem Home Show through installation and follow-up, our experience with new hardwood floors in two rooms, laminate vinyl tile in two rooms and carpet up the stairs, through the hallway and into the master bedroom, was excellent. Everyone was professional, enjoyable and friendly. Oh, and our newly tiled fireplace is gorgeous!!

Competitor's loss...and our gain
We went to Whitt Carpet One after a bad experience with another company. We had recommendations from family members and they were absolutely right! Our sales rep (Bob) visited our home to get measurements. We discussed, at length, the needs for the job, as well as our desires. We have a disabled family member in the home, so it was important to discuss any fumes from the skimming process, length of time for the work to be done, etc. At the store, we reviewed our order, discussed all of the specifics, and paid for the work. In less than 3 weeks, we were contacted by the scheduler to complete the work. The installers who came to our home were professional, respectful, and completed all of the work exactly as expected. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience! We'll be back!!!

Felt a lack of project management
Felt a lack of project management. People would show up unexpectedly or not show up when scheduled. Coordination between functions was lacking. We contracted with Whitt because you could do all of our planned remodeling and you did but at times it was painful..

An Exceptional Business!
We have dealt with Whitt Carpet One for many, many years, at various times purchasing carpet, linoleum, and tile. This is an exceptional business. The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the installers are top-notch. We would never think about going anywhere else for our flooring needs. We recommend them VERY highly!
