Great Quality, Great Service!
I placed my order, provided a copy of my RX & was advised it would take like 14 days to receive. However, to my very happy surprise I received then in about 5 day. The contacts were just as ordered on my rx & are awesome product. Great quality, Great Speedy Service.

Easy & affordable
Easy to order and verify my son’s prescription. Arrived in less than a week with standard shipping. Exactly as ordered for an excellent price. Lens don’t expire until 2030-04-01

Quick process that cost less money
Ordering process was easy. Contacts were delivered within a few days and they cost $100 less than 1800contacts. This was my first order and I’ll be returning.

I got my contacts and I like them…
I got my contacts and I like them however the prescription on the box and what you send me was mixed up you had my left and right away switched around. It was a little uncomfortable until I figured my husband figured it out

Walking back a bad review
Walking back my earlier review. They still have a ways to go to improve service and ability to contact but I had a nice call from the CS manager today. I feel confident that my order will be corrected. I provided my brutally honest feed back and felt I was heard, not just glad handed. Just received my contact lens order and all 6 boxes were incorrect and not matching submitted subscription. As others have mentioned, chat is not live and customer service is not 24/7 as advertised on their web. After trying chat, I called CS and was told to expect an email as they would forward my concerns to their exchange/returns dept. I did not received an email same day so called again today and was told the same - after asking timeline expectation on receiving email and grousing, was out on hold for 13 min. CS came back on the line to tell me she couldn’t reach the returns/exchange team but would AGAIN, send email and expedite. Absolutely horrible CS. Sounds like it’s outsourced.

1 month to ship??
Placed an order a week ago. emailed to find out when it's shipping. no response. called & after 10 minutes they say it'll ship 1 month to the day I ordered. there is nothing on the website indicating, such. i was also told that it would have showed when I added the items to my cart that it was going to take such a lengthy amount of time &/or the items stock status. neither pieces of information popped up upon order. i asked for my item to be canceled as I will be going elsewhere. *I probably used my other email then when I emailed you. Amazing 1800 contacts was able to use my insurance & got me a credit of $105 plus their 20% on top of the insurance.

Ordering was very easy
Ordering was very easy. After searching the web they were the cheapest for contacts and price was very good. Uploaded prescription and they did the rest. Shipping was super fast. Highly recommend!
