What made this experience great. There were multiple people to go to for questions and or needs. The process was smooth and quickly. I Owen my house and I started the day after New Years. I am so great full that they help me. I wouldn’t wanted anyone else. I will continue to tell people I know, and come a crosse about my experience with Veterans United.

Veterans United handled my initial home loan and also took care of my interest rate reduction loan refinancing. The entire team is professional and makes the entire home buying and refinancing processes as easy as possible. The Veterans United portal/app is also very easy to use as well. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly to any veterans looking to buy or refinance their homes.

The agents promptly answered any questions I had and diligently worked with my schedule. Though they have regular work hours they made the time to respond even on their off time!The checklist is a little bit of a hassle but in hindsight it does work!

Twice now I’ve used Vets United and despite all the challenges with buying and selling a home at the same time, they had my back, were on point with all of the moving parts and were so quickly responsive. The gift box was also WONDERFUL and my Huskies and Malamutes also appreciated it very much. 5 stars!!
It was a great experience working with the Veterans United team, especially Kevin. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and frequently reached out regarding rate changes and loan details. Kevin was consistently patient, responsive, and willing to take the time to make sure I understood everything. He even worked late on multiple occasions to provide updated information when timing mattered. His professionalism and dedication made the entire process much smoother.
Easy as pie process was simple
I was amazed at how quickly the entire plan went from a wish to the actual closing date. There was no rushing around at the last minute and no pressure, just common sense advice and a few prompts on the "to-do's". I am truly happy with the outcome.
