Great all-in one tech solution with fantastic support
I signed up to Gold Star Pro, recently, to simplify the tech I was using in my business (across many different providers, with many logons and payment plans) and to automate more of my processes. And I haven't been disappointed. The software is really easy to use and it's a massive benefit to be able to do everything from one dashboard. But it's the support that I've been most impressed with. The online calls have guided me through any tech queries I have, resolving them in minutes (without me having to watch endless YouTube videos which still don't solve the problem!). I've only scratched the surface of what I can do with Gold Star Pro, to date, but I feel confident that with the help of the amazing team here, I'll be able to use it for everything I've planned to (and more!).

My experience has been top notch from the moment of purchase. I chose Gold Star Pro because it has every option I was looking for at an unbeatable price. They also consistently add more functionality.I've been able to set up my funnel and welcome sequence. There is a video to help you learn every feature, and if you have any issues, they are very responsive. Also, they are very proactive with the ever changing mail service provider updates. They make it very easy for you to be in compliance and will walk you through personally if needed.My first impression was that Gold Star Pro as a company is well planned and executes well. I was with a previous company who offered these options but at a much higher price point.The onboarding process was very helpful in getting started using the software. It's definitely super easy for a non-technical person to use...and even if you get stuck, the technical support is swift and ensures your issue gets resolved.In my opinion, they go above and beyond and have a great passion for their product. You will not be disappointed!

Having used two previous sales and marketing platforms, one being one of the most well known, I have a good idea of what good (and bad!) looks like. GSP is outstanding in every comparable way, from the tech to the support to the training. Karen has a vision of GSP being the platform with the best support available and she truly aspires to this. Constantly evolving and adding new features, it has cut down on so many other subscriptions.
