About a alternator and it was no good took it to AutoZone had it checked and it was bad I brought it back and asked for another one and she said no refunds because it was electrical part bad business no exchange for another part from another car
Horrible Customer Service and Integrity…..I bought a car from US Auto Sales in February 2023 and bought a 3 year Extended Warranty. May 2023, my starter goes out making my vehicle inoperative. Call to make a claim to get my car repaired only to be told the contract has been cancelled due to none payment from US Auto Sales. Although I am paying for the warranty, I am unable to use it. And US Auto Sales will not make amends to correct this or fix my vehicle. I’m paying for a warranty I can’t use!!! Tried to called US Auto Sales to explain the situation, when I asked the 1st person how is this going to be rectified, she put me on hold for over an hour. I called back, the second person hung up on me. The 3rd time, they put me on hold again!!!
Worse dealerships ever… I want to start a class action lawsuit if you are interested email me the sold me a car with blown gaskets and the 1800 dollar warranty didn’t cover it.. I sued them and won 10k now they temporarily closed..
Do NOT waste your money or sanity! US Auto is horrible to deal with. Any time you call you get a completely different reason/explanation. My mini van has had tons of issues since I bought it and conveniently the warranty you are required to purchase DOES NOT COVER ANYTHING.
I have the extended service warranty. Paid an additional 1,840 for what?Was within the time frame for a claim. My car blew a head gasket. And was denied because they don't service "gaskets, and seals" within not even having the car nearly two years. I need their little shut down to be over so they can make this right.
Sold a truck with a bad engine. Bought in September. The truck was inoperable before Christmas. Worst customer service ever. Trying to make me pay for their mess up. I have spent too much damn money to still be without a vehicle. Paid for my own rentals out of my pocket. They want me to pay for repairs, but they will repossess the vehicle. I asked for deferments only to be told my money issue is not their problem. Not a good car lot to buy from unless you do not mind buying a piece of garbage and dealing with worthless employees. The Warranty Company admitted to fault but still screwed me on the repairs to the truck.
We all need to get together and get a class action lawsuit against US Auto I am sick of this business now don't get me wrong I had a salesman that is wonderful and will break his neck to make sure you get your money worth and I haven't had no problem with my vehicle since I been dealing with us auto. My problem is with the ownership and especially customer service started a new job over 2 weeks ago and I don't get my first paycheck until the 3rd of March got behind because my other job was shut down by the state so I haven't had a paycheck in 3 weeks now and I paid 210 dollars on my carnote don't you know these DUMMY turned my car off for $48 and 17 cents WTH I was so mad I told them I hope someone steal this damn vehicle because I am tired of dealing with they stupidity it should be a law that they cannot put a tracker on no one's vehicle when a customer purchased a police should only be allowed to put a tracker on someone vehicle when they following a bad criminal, it's sad you worked hard for things you need in life and they wanted to mess up your day knowing you need your vehicle to get to work to keep your car paid smh they so damn dumb. ( So over it ) trying to find some other car dealership to let me trade this mess in and get something that's worth my time and pay once a month and not twice a month now that gets to me forreal with they ungrateful butt!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
So I submitted a pre qualification online with them, they claim it would NOT effect your credit score.. I even put in a fake social security # because I was worried they may hard pull the report.. some how, some way, without my SS# they HARD PULLED my credit which shot down 5 points.. so I call the dealership to ask questions about down payment.. the 500 down thing is not real and the car jsalesman TIM took every question personal and lied over the silliest things.. I will not be be purchasing from them.. idk how they are still in business with all the reviews 🙄 but do not put in your information.. they won’t give you any real information about anything and you’ll end up with a hard pull.. that should be illegal.. Carmax car gurus and several other places do pre qualify without hurting your score so these USauto guys are fraudulent in every way
So a year ago I bought a vehicle . I started to have problems with it shakiness tires where rotten I tried reaching out noone would return my calls so the. I made a payment in July 2022 and it got list somehow so I had all the routing information and they gave me the run around for months about my refund and kept changing the dates I never got this money and reported to the better buisness burea. They lied and said I already got my refund I have 3 months of bank statements and I never received this refund and recently I was able to receive a extension on my car notes and I asked for a extension on Feb 13th and all I got was attitude and I only owed a little over 100 and they expected me to pay most of what was owed I would've called if I had the money . So all I got was attitude and jerks. My husband is disabled and I injured my leg so my hours where cut down and all I needed was a few more days to complete my note. And I got no help whatsoever just attitude and no understanding. I will never recommend anyone else to yall . And assoon as I can I will get rid of this shifty car.
I would not recommend my warranty expired so is auto repo my car and messed up my transmission and denied my claim to fix so I’m getting a lawyer now cause at this point I’m about to dispute every charge I had made toward them
RUN!!! This is an awful company to deal with. Dwight Copeland (the salesman, Columbus, GA) sold me a 2016 LEMON!!!! The engine is bad and they have NOT provided any assistance. He thought my experience was funny and laughed. I DO NOT want anyone else to feel this type of disappointment. He said, “No one would read this post.” I wish I would have read earlier posts and I wouldn’t be experiencing this (NO TRANSPORTATION) now. So, I will NO LONGER support this business.

I purchased a car from them two years ago and the Transmisson already had to be replaced on a 2017 Nissan Altima, I was wondering why ?? well my car was used as a rental before then was put on the lot to sale horrible experience.
Would give them a zero if I could, bought a car from them, and I ended up doing my homework on the vehicle. After the fact for information, they refused to give me I had to pay for off of governments site that the vehicle in question was worth less than $6000 and that they physically paid less than $6000 when they bought it at a junk auction. they were trying to have me pay over $29,000 on a car they spent less than six grand on supposedly the interest rate is only 18. Something percent then how does the interest equal well over $10,000 they take my payment when I made payments and I’d be lucky if they would’ve apply out of my $212.42 biweekly if they would apply $19 to the car loan, they did that every single time I made a payment they would pocket up to 95% of what I was paying on the car. They report to the credit reporting agencies that my monthly payment is higher than what my contract states as well as the fact, they put illegal CPI on my car when I had active insurance on, it never sent me a single notice by law federal law under CPI rules and regulations any bank or Carlot must send two notices prior to adding CPI fees to your loan one must be sent 45 days prior to them trying to add CPI to your car and the second one must be sent off. It’s a 15 day reminder before they apply CPI they put CPI on my car when I had active insurance never sent me a single notice when I called him out on it they told me all what’s in the contract we only have to send you one which they didn’t even send me one which means the contract violates federal laws of consumer rights and laws and regulations on CPI, I had been in the hospital with the COVID-19 and I even told him this that I’ll be a little late on the car because I was in the hospital with Covid and I am also a cancer survivor so I got it really bad told him that I would be at least a week maybe two weeks tops out laid on it they turned around never replied to me said they never got my email which I have a confirmation that they got it and when I got out of the hospital was at like one or two in the morning they shut the car off while I was driving down the highway with my family in the car and nearly killed us the night they did it, but have three other eyewitnesses for what those mother fuc.s did, they sold me an extended warranty on the vehicle. The car I had was a Ford focus on the extended warranty they sold me they put it down as a Ford escape. I couldn’t even use it, so I paid money for something that was on the wrong vehicle because they’re incompetent morons, my wife had also bought a car from them. Maybe a month after I got mine before they started trying and doing all the things they did my wife had the car fully insured recorded them inside the office stating oh no, you got all the insurance you need we’re not gonna put anything on it. She had the car for 15 days and they added CPI to her car loan, no notice nothing by law not only did not send a notice or even two notices in accordance to the CPI law. Shouldn’t even have a car long enough for them to try to put CPI on it and they did it anyway within the first week of her, having this vehicle, the fan for the engine fan to keep the engine cool would not shut off we had to spend money to constantly jump the battery , and in the end it broke the AC unit in the car and we live in Florida hundred degree temperatures almost every day and they refuse to fix her car but yet want her to pay for a car in the heat with no working or running AC as well as the fact that the battery needs to be replaced and the fan and the engine needs to be replaced, this car lot should not just be shut down their car. Lots should be nukeed and all of their employees from the ground up should be arrested for fraud, consumer abuse, theft and violations of both consumer rights, lemon law violations. And both state and federal laws for fraud and selling broken vehicles and committing theft, as well as violating the fair credit reporting act and for deck collecting practices by falsifying how much you pay on the vehicle every month on your credit report and how they are committing fraud and theft by pocketing up to 95% of your payment, anyone who thinks of buying a car from these people never ever do it. They are useless. They are worthless. They are frauds thieves. they violate the rights the laws of the consumers, as well as commit theft on their very customers and care. Nothing if the vehicle is falling apart around you as long as you pay them, but they will not fix your vehicle. They will give you the runaround the entire time and keep an ion their little CPI scam they’re doing which Wells Fargo and a lot of other banks, including TD Bank and Bank of America have all been sued for the little CPI things like this car lots doing.
This is by far the worst dealership ever they are personally selling lemons I purchased a Chevy Malibu from them check engine light came on in the first week then they wired my odometer to show less then what it supposed to and when I brought it to their attention they gave me the run around for 4 months I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone they literally have more cars in that need to be fixed then sold they really need to be closed down by the better business bureau
Worst Company ever! Do Not do business with this company, there are many other buy here pay here lots to choose from and that are willing to work with consumers. Cars are trash with high mileage, don’t do it. You also pay for a warranty that don’t help with most repair services
No words to say how BAD this place is!!! Car had oil light on after I pulled out, seats rusted and won't budge, no antifreeze in car!!!! I will NOT be keeping this pile of junk! Haven't even made the 2nd deposit yet. Not sure I will either. These are SALVAGED CARS THEY DO NOT SHOW ON TITLE!!!! My mechanic showed me all the rust INSIDE the car and said this car has DEFINITELY been in a flood!!!! BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CONS!! Watch out for a guy named Joey Johnson. He knows ZERO about cars!
Our vehicle got stolen and they won't even help locate it but we won't be paying on it I bet they locate then
I made my worst mistake buying from these people they cut my car off before it's even late and turned it off for 32 dollars and customer service people are ass wholes rude nasty....
Do yourself a favor and NEVER buy a car from these scammers! I purchased a vehicle in June and by July the airbag warning came on, the car consistently has low tire pressure because the tires are 6 years old and failing, not to mention the back brakes were completely worn down to the rotors!! You can hear the car screeching and squealing from miles away.I took the car to the shop (PepBoys), as THEY requested, and was told there is no way brakes wear down in a month but yet, they REFUSED to cover it stating brakes are routine maintenance which isn't covered under their scam warranty. Routine maintenance for brakes DOES NOT apply to a car that was supposed to be certified and inspected and fixed prior to selling!They seriously need to be put out of business. I am searching for a new vehicle from a reputable business and they can have their crap car back. Who knows what else is wrong with it.
