UPS Customer Service are full of themselves

Dear friends,Please somebody tells these useless people (UPS Customer Service Agents) they don't have to mislead to customers to make a living, or they foot stepping their leader in misleading. thank you

I would like to give UPS 0 stars if possible. A month of going back and forth, and they still don't know the status of my order. Multiple phone calls ends with no resolutions. Absolutly the "worst" company to deal with.

UPS Customer Service is the worst

UPS Customer Service is the worst. Their phone menus are designed to frustrate customers to the point that they give up seeking refunds, or any other resolutions. It's always been this way. If I wasn't a merchant, I would avoid UPS like the plague.

delivery company expects me to travel 35 km to collect my package without letting me know

I orderd a simple nail polish off amazon that was going to be delivered by UPS. I recieved a suspicous looking sms telling me to "text 1 if I will collect my package, text 2 if I want home delivery and text STOP if I want to cancel my order" to which I answered "2". I then checked my amazon account saying that the parcel will be delivered 2 days later (which didn't happen). The day after it was expected to arrive I once again checked my amazon account and it stated "Held for pickup at carrier location. Unfortunately, UPS couldn't complete your delivery and is holding it for you to pick up. We're very sorry for the inconvenience." I recieved no email, no sms nothing telling me that I suddenly had to travel 35 km to collect my package. I went to the UPS website to try and understand what happend and saw the button "change delivery" . I naturally clicked on it to try to change it to Home Delivery as I had asked but I had to make an account just for it to tell me that to change the delivery I needed the InfoNotice which can be found above the barcode on the notice you received. I recieved nothing as such!!! I am absolutely disgusted that I have to do the delivery work for them even though I have no time which is why I ordered online in the first place and that I wasn't informed about anything!

DO NOT USE UPS to deliver a parcel

DO NOT USE UPS to deliver a parcel! They say that they have attempted delivery and unable to do so, when there is someone there! This happened twice! Absolutely shocking service!

Extremely Disappointing Service – Unreliable and Unprofessional

I had a very frustrating experience with UPS. My package was delayed without any clear explanation, and the tracking information was inconsistent and misleading. At one point it showed “out for delivery,” but the parcel never arrived. No attempt was made to contact me, and no delivery notice was left.Customer service was even more disappointing. It was extremely difficult to speak with a real person, and when I finally did, the answers were vague and unhelpful. There was no real effort to solve the issue or take responsibility. I felt like I was just being redirected in circles.For a global logistics company, I expected efficiency, transparency, and professionalism. Instead, I experienced poor communication and a complete lack of accountability.I will avoid using UPS in the future whenever possible and would not recommend their service based on this experience.

This is ridiculous

This is ridiculous! I made an online order DAYS ago, and it was only supposed to take 1 day to arrive and it’s been 3 days already. I called UPS support & spoke to agents twice but they didn’t help at all either, and just kept saying to wait for updates on the website. But i should’ve received my item already, & I really needed it smhhh. The website said it was being delayed because of weather conditions, but the weather already cleared. Honestly a horrible experience, and they should’ve done a better job at delivering

Ups driver is too terrible

Ups driver is too terrible! Hiring bad drivers who are Unscrupulous to damage my package intentionally or open my package just because the package is big and looks fancy things inside! I can not imagine how dare the driver then put a damaged intentionally or opened big box before my house?

Terrible customer service

Ordered from the same merchant a month ago and didn’t have any hurdles or problems, but this time…. I ordered express 1 day shipping, the Driver said he attempted to deliver the package but my neighbor said no one did. They do not require their drivers to show proof of attempt (like Amazon) or give specific reason to unsuccessful delivery. They just mark it unsuccessful. This could be to help reduce their workload it could be security measures but how do we know when there’s no proof. When I called the local pickup store the Manager, Mario, made me aware my package wouldn’t arrive to the store until tomorrow, which was a big inconvenience because I paid extra for 1 day shipping. He stated customer service can dispatch the driver to attempt delivery again today. When I called customer service I spoke with a man whom I forgot his name, but he had a middle eastern accent. He did not show care or concern, just kept repeating “ We can’t dispatch drivers, he will make another attempt tomorrow.” I expressed to him my frustration, because he was telling me one thing opposite of what the manager, Mario explained to me, yet they all work for UPS. All he said was sorry. So when I asked to speak to the supervisor to express my concern(s) his response was “She’s gonna tell you the same thing.” Which was highly unprofessional and neither here or there because I did not ask him for his input, but to speak with a supervisor. She advised me that she CAN and WILL reach out to dispatch, but they were still unable to deliver today because of their heavy workload route. This is a big inconvenience for the consumer and if there’s any way I do not have to use UPS again, I won’t.

UPS Is a Sinking Ship Sucking People's Money

UPS Days Are EndingAbsolute scam for Canadians. I bought an item from a local seller that arrived broken. The manufacturer in the US sent a replacement for FREE, but UPS charged me a $33 'Brokerage Fee' to deliver a warranty item. They treat every package like a new sale just so they can tack on these hidden fees. If you're getting a replacement from the US, demand they ship via USPS or tell UPS you will 'Self-Clear' at a CBSA office, otherwise, they’ll hold your package hostage for your money.

The drivers are totally…INCOMPETENT

The drivers are totally incompetent!They missed up on 3 separate deliveries last week. One of the packages even got stolen because of where the driver left the box. One of the box was a high value item and the driver rescheduled the delivery 3-4 times, seems suspicious.

Poor customer service and delivery…

Poor customer service and delivery service. Not even stand on their words.booked few packages from Ontario through ups in month each package is delayed for 14 days for same reason of severe weather delays. Booked another packages from fedex and purolator from same location and got delivery in 3-4 days and still waiting for package from ups.So weather is an excuse.UPS is not efficient and trusted carrier.there customer service agent are trained for giving the same excuse of weather delay and don’t have any information on your package location or delivery time

Package never arrived…

UPS was scheduled to deliver a package on the Feb 18th. Claimed they couldn't find the address when I have had several deliveries to my home. Called over 4 times, was supposed to receive a phone call. Never did. Now my package is being shipped back to the orignial company and now I have to call the company for it to be reshipped.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. My package with life or death medication was opened & contents missing. Made a claim & it was closer so fast. The driver signed my name & left it in my apartment mail room instead of knocking on my door for my signature. They did nothing. I'm a choice member but not anymore.

Formal Complaint Regarding Shipmemt Mismanagement and Systemic Failures

"I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unacceptable handling of my shipment, as well as the total failure of your internal procedures to resolve an issue caused exclusively by your company’s error.Despite the customs clearance fees being paid immediately, your distribution network failed to recognize that the shipment was cleared for delivery for two consecutive days.Systemic Failure: It is inconceivable for a global organization like UPS to lack an immediate resolution mechanism (manual override) when its systems fail to synchronize, especially after the customer has promptly fulfilled all financial obligations.Lack of Accountability: During our repeated communications, not only were we provided with contradictory information, but we were also flatly denied the opportunity to speak with a Supervisor or Manager who could provide a solution to this deadlock."

No notice left

No notice left, signature delivery, refuse to actually deliver it. Very disappointed in the company. How are disabled people supposed to chase packages? 1ZK9351J4210366522

There should be a 0 Star Option

There should be a 0 Star Option. You Pay for Delivery and they dont notify you and randomly leave the package in Access Points where they are then send Back aß noone knows where they are - feels Like a scam
