I was pleased with Alby’s packaging. He is a very valuable model and knowing his shipment was done very mindfully gave me peace of mind for the whole process. He was kept safe and spotless in his packaging! I appreciate that his delivery was insured—as Triple Mountain cares deeply about the models they sell.
The model arrived in great condition, even though it took longer than scheduled (that's on the USPS and weather, not the company).

Good communication, clear expectations. Model was well packed, and included a printed invoice and handwritten thank you note (a lovely gesture, and much appreciated!) Estimated postage was high, so an unexpected refund of the overage. This is my favorite online model horse vendor.
Triple Mountain adds what is missing in today’s shopping experiences/ the personal handwritten note /great communication/ sending a treat with even small purchase. Refunding shipping when behind or they save.

I got a small refund for shipping. Triple Mountain found a less expensive shipping option for me. My order was shipped out pretty quick after I placed my order. The box was packed to keep my Breyers safe. I did like the selection of Breyers on their website and th e prices were fair.
This was my first purchase from TripleMountain and I will gladly do business with them again. Appreciate their refund on postage, using recycled materials and trying to be B certified, which I greatly support. Fun package to open, with their story and shipping the model in a pony pouch was nice as well. Very pleased overall so thank you!
