I am extremely impressed with how professional and customer oriented this company is. Dan Smith, the sales coordinator, is highly personable and his ability to give me several highly detailed options and accompanying pricing quotes was extremely impressive. I had no surprises when I gave final approval for the installation of a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat heat pump system. The install team consisting of Bob, quality coordinator, Mason, head install tech and Kaloaw, apprentice were extremely courteous and professional. They were highly sensitive to my wishes and directions when it came to the new system installation on the 10th and 11th of May. I was never kept in the dark about the different aspects of the install. When I had a question, they answered in a timely manner. They wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied. With respect, They treated my home like it was their own. I would very much recommend this company to anyone.
