Not a great start. No notification of when they were going to attend as we contacted them throughout the day with no callbacks. Eventually arrived just after five an apologised for there lateness. Started the clean - windows, suffits, fascia & gutters for a reasonable price. End results...great job!!!
This firm are an absolute joke I have no idea how they have glowing reviews! Avoid! I booked a window clean special offer inside and out and was given a date a week later, which is fine....then on the day they were due to come I was told they cannot make it and can it be rearranged due to unforeseen circumstances I was ok with that, things happen I understand. That’s not my gripe! They contacted me day prior for a rearranged time which I was good with!On the rearranged day no show again! No text / no call, no explanation, tried to ring the office, and just got totally avoided and blanked!! Rang off another number they told me they would ring me back..... two weeks later no courtesy call no nothing what an unprofessional firm you are running that has clearly paid people for glowing reviews your customer service is appalling!!
Great service - Great price!Cleaned facias and windows front and back... Offered care advise too..Friendly guys and so impressed have booked them as our regular window cleaners.Thumbs up from us!
